Cet hotel merite un 5 étoiles ! Entre la réception, le service, l ecoute, la chambre, le lieu et le SPA, tout est penser afin de séjourner tout en se délassant et en profitant de ces infrastructures. Vraiment à refaire ! A bientôt.

Château de la Tour turned what could have been a travel nightmare into pure magic for my husband and me. After our flight was canceled, we unexpectedly found ourselves with 24 hours in Paris—and a hotel situation that was, frankly, awful. In a last-minute scramble, we discovered this enchanting château, and from the moment we arrived, everything changed. Our room was quaint, cozy, and exactly what we needed—charming without trying too hard. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the kind that makes you slow down and savor every bite. But what truly set this place apart was the staff—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind in a way that felt like a gift after a stressful day. As if that weren’t enough, we were offered mountain bikes and given easy, thoughtful directions to explore a nearby château. What started as chaos became one of the most memorable and joyful parts of our trip. Château de la Tour didn’t just save our day—it turned lemons into limoncello. 🍋✨

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e com boa variedade. Não foi informado durante a reserva que que muitas coisas estariam não funcionando (o restaurante - principal motivo de nossa escolha - estava fechado; piscina vazia (e já era primavera), parte exterior (cadeiras, etc) sem limpeza. Outro problema: deixamos no quarto duas taças de vinhos que tínhamos ganho em um evento (com "Auxerre" gravado nelas o que deixava claro que não seriam taças do hotel), foram retiradas pela camareira (pode ter se confundido), reclamamos e... disseram que não tinham sido localizadas (ficamos com a impressão de que nem procuraram, e as camareiras não mais estavam lá). Muito ruim isso. Perdemos uma lembrança que tínhamos ganho no evento de vinhos para o qual formos convidados.

Chambre tres propre. Le personnel particulièrement agreable. Les velos à disposition ont été une vraie bonne surprise. Le restaurant est très agréable, le petit déjeuner particulièrement bien riche et copieux. On a eu un petit probleme de chauffage qu'on n'a pas réussi a éteindre mais cela n'a en rien gâché le plaisir du sejour. Nous n'avons pas testé le SPA, en supplément des chambres.

Personnel accueillant, cadre magnifique , chambre propre et confortable et le restaurant est juste sublime avec une note spécial pour le Chef et son équipe 🙂 Un seul souhait « je reviendrais… »

Very rude staff at check-in. Refused to give me a pool card at check-in even though I had booked a suite with access to the spa and pool. Didn't explain anything about the hotel and the services. I had to go to the reception twice for a pool card and then for towels. We had dinner in the bistro, we refused the gastronomic restaurant. The veal I ordered came cold and tasteless. I had to order fish. Again, it was tasteless and served without lemon. My wife is a vegetarian and there were no options. There is no bellhop in the hotel and you have to carry your suitcases to the third floor without an elevator. If you have other options, choose them, not this hotel

Reception kindly transferred when asked for a ground floor bedroom, but generally speaking I didn’t feel it was a warm welcome. The gentleman on reception was not particularly welcoming. The hotel public areas were a bit dated. We were woken at 7am by constant banging on the ceiling, apparently someone doing something in the spa. There was no one to greet us at or during breakfast. A bit disappointing overall.

Beautiful Chateau. Loverly quaint boutique hotel. It’s just lacking organisation in front of house bar / restaurant service. The food menu is very limited so if you are staying for more than a couple of nights it gets a little tired. Also inconsistency based on chef sometimes the food is amazing and other days it’s average. The Thursday night special restaurant we were excited for was a real disappointment. But again it’s a beautiful place and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Truly a gem! We will be back!

Wundervolles Anwesen, schöne Zimmer, angenehmer Pool und sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen im Bistro sehr lecker. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Det här hotellet är ett sådant vi gärna kommer tillbaka till. Maten var fantastisk, servicen likaså. All personal var supertrevlig. Rummet var stort och fint, vi hade en juniorsvit, men det var väldigt slitet och utdaterat. Hela etablissemanget skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Poolområdet är jättefint och likaså trädgården.

Lovely, relaxing and welcoming chateau. Staff was thoughtful, communicative and helpful. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in the Chantilly area.

Das Hotel liegt ‚in the middle of nowhere‘, sehr schön in einem Park und ruhig. Nach Paris dauert es zu den Hauptverkehrszeiten (und die sind lang) mit dem Auto ziemlich lang, es lohnt sich kaum dies jeden Tag zu machen, aber wenn man eine ruhige Zeit in einer schlnes Umgebung verbringen will oder Ausflüge in die Ile-de-France plant, ist es ein toller Ausgangspunkt. The surrounding is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is beautiful inside. We booked a suite with a nice view . The down side to it is that the location is not at a walkable distance from the city. You need to have a car.

Me encanto el lugar y sus alrrededores su entorno como un bosque…. Super hermoso.
