I could not do an early check in, so had to wait in the lobby for 1,5h. The WiFi was not working well and the breakfast was ok

Camera tripla spaziosa e pulita. Personale al servizio tavoli non eccellente, con qualche incomprensione ( acqua x la cena arrivata al tavolo in una bottiglia di vetro con tappo a chiusura come usava 50 anni fa ) dal sapore e dalla temperatura sembrava acqua appena presa dal rubinetto. Colazione: alle 9,30 uova strapazzate già finite e nessuna aggiunta...Parcheggio sotterraneo ottimo, ampio e spaziosissimo. Location comoda per Leolandia e Le Cornelle.

Für einen geschäftlichen Termin in der näheren Umgebung haben wir hier drei Nächte verbracht. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Freundliche Menschen und großzügige Zimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The sauna was broken and that’s why I booked the place

Estacionamento precisam limpar , na Itália e neste tipo de hotel esperamos um café da manhã com comidas típicas italianas , porém ficamos decepcionados pois até fruta , e pão acabava … pessoal precisa aprender inglês e espanhol para atender estrangeiros ( somente recepção fala) o chuveiro da baldeira é ruim e limita espaço , se não tomar cuidado pode cair e causar acidente … horário limitado do restaurante e se não fizer reserva fica de fora , tive que pedir comida de delivery todos os dias , não tem roomservice … fora isso está ok

Eşim ve 17 yaşındaki kızımla birlikte bahçedeki odalarda kaldık. Odamızda bazı lambalar yanmıyordu. İlk gece oldukça zorluk çektik. Ertesi sabah ta hafta sonu olduğu için personel eksiği olduğunu vs söylediler. Temizlik yapan hanım sayesinde 2 adet ampul bulup kendimiz taktık lambalara ! Maalesef oda çok tozluydu, yataklardan oturunca toz kalkıyordu. Bakımsızdı. Yeşillikler içinde güzel bir yer. Çocuklu ailelere uygun. Zaten oldukça çok sayıda küçük çocuk vardı ve kahvaltı esnasında bayağı gürültücüydüler. Kahvaltıları vasattı. Resepsiyon görevlileri çözüm sağlamayan ve güleryüzlü olmayan biriydi. Bir daha kalmayı düşünmeyiz.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia della stanza e il contesto molto verde. Purtroppo non merita le 4 stelle a mio avviso. Avendo un bambino di 1 anno mi è stata data una camera al 1 piano (senza ascensore) e mi aspettavo un alloggio più comodo. Entrando nella camera ho notato una luce fulminata e l'ho fatto presente in reception ma dopo 5 giorni di permanenza non è mai stata sistemata. Nella camera mancano gli appendi asciugamani. La colazione risulta scarna se si arriva dopo le 9.00. Staff superficiale

Das Hotel ist sehr schön auf dem Land gelegen. Die Rezeptionistin Sabina war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend vielseitig. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und auch eine kostenlos nutzbare Wallbox für eAutos. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und sauber. Leider scheinen (fast?) alle Zimmer falsch montierte oder nicht passende Toilettensitze zu haben, was etwas irritierend ist. Diese sind zu weit nach hinten montiert. Auch sind die Wände extrem dünn und hellhörig, sodass ich das Hotel nur in der Nebensaison empfehlen würde. In dieser bietet es aber ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Absolutely B E A U T I F U L!

Definitely not a 4start hotel, I would say its maybe 2 stars at best. Originally, we were put in a handicap room that did not have a toilet seat, had tears in the toilet (unsanitary), had used shampoo containers in the shower (so was likely not cleaned well) and had a horrible smell from the shower bathroom like sewage. We arrived late at night so we stayed and first thing in the morning asked to change rooms. The front desk staff was very rude and annoyed at the request and refused to move us. When, I said that I would need to cancel the remaining nights to find a new hotel, then they looked to change rooms but gave us a VERY hard time about it. The new room was only ok, at least no smell. They claim that in the future they will make all rooms handicap accessible, meaning no toilet seats and open showers, which I find very uncomfortable for families. The beds are not comfortable, the hotel is very out of the way and breakfast is quite limited (at least friendly staff for breakfast). We will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Gostei do hotel! Ficamos apenas uma noite. Achei a recepção um pouco fria, mas nada muito pesado.

Hotel war für einen Zwischenstopp nach Mailand gebucht worden. Zimmer leider veraltet, Heizung funktionierte nicht, bzw. nicht bedienbar, daher kaltes Zimmer. Wände sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn haben bis Nachts gefeiert. Frühstück schlecht, bereits zu Beginn leer, spärliche Nachfüllung.
