The room was nice and clean. No hand soap in the bathroom, just packets of shampoo. No coffee pot. Its a good 2 day stay place.

The location of this hotel was better than I expected. Very convenient to many things tourists are interested in. The door to my room was extremely hard to open.

Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Duschen var i lite dåligt skick men rummet i sin helhet var superfräscht med bra AC. Med tanke på priset var vi väldigt nöjda.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville, en plein coeur du quartier qui bouge... bar, restaurants, transports, monuments. Pour autant, grande chambre sommaire, au calme, mais très vieillotte... ils ont essayé de la moderniser mais vraiment pas avec les meilleurs artisants d’italie, si ce n’est pas les pires... porte serviettes mal fixé, paroie de douche trop petite par rapport au bac, applique luminaire posée a l’arrache et qui scintille, clim qui fuie(peine a ete prise de mettre un réceptacle d’eau dessous) carrelage des sanitaires peint d’une manière douteuse pour tenter de moderniser le tout... pour autant établissement charmant, petit dej sympa ainsi que le personnel... L’emplacement relève et sauve le tout

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super und die Busverbindung auch. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an das Hotel

Très décevant comme hôtel, Presence de fourmis sur le plancher, pas de siege pour le banc de toilette et difficulté pour communiquer car le préposé parlait en italien seulement. Pas de parking disponible contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l annonce.

Bathroom very outdated and did not have good drainage, could smell cigarette coming in

The location of the hotel was nice, but my room was right directly behind reception, and at 6am every morning I was rudely awoken by the staff that worked there laughing and joking making extremely loud noise with no concern for guests that was staying there, one morning at 0545 the guy was scraping the walls directly outside my room above my door as they were plastering and painting.. very rude in my opinion The room itself was very old, unkept and basic, the shower head was broken so you have to hold the shower at all times and the toilet flush kept breaking. Other than that the room was fine got the price paid The breakfast was a waste of time, the most limited selection of items I’ve ever seen for a continental breakfast fittting all items on a very small table.. the coffee machine kept on breaking and when it did work, it tasted like cleaning fluid All in all I’d recommend you find another hotel and use this one if there are no better options

Although very friendly staff with nice communication and helpful my door card stopped working the accommodation has been let down by the early morning noise levels. All rooms on the 1st floor are adjacent to the reception with very thin walls, therefore every conversation is heard. Some mornings music can be clearly heard playing from reception as early as 6am and on one occasion some walls were being replastered outside rooms at 7am. This quite clearly seems the norm from staff which is unfortunate. The rooms are spacious, clean and basic which suited our trip just fine and matched the price paid (April). A basic breakfast is included but not used as the coffee machine was broken/leaking water most mornings, therefore we used the various available cafes along the street outside. Overall a affordable pleasant building on a busy street with plenty of amenities just let down by the very early rude awakenings.

Çalışanlar gayet samimi ve güler yüzlü. Otelin konumu muhteşem. Otopark imkanı yok. Otelin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var.

Friendly staff & the Best Location! Rooms and Old and need to be Refurbished. I stayed in Sicily for weeks and tried different hotels and rooms to rent, this was the best of a bad bunch! It very hard to find a good hotel in Sicily unless you spend Big Big Money! Hotels are so Overpriced in Sicily and you get very little for your money. Yes I would stay here again. Unfortunately there was no lift and the hostel in on the Top floor of a high building but if you are fit then that’s ok. I lost the room card and kindly they did not charge me ! It is very bad, old and the reception is not comfortable. I spent a night as if I was in a prison. I do not recommend it at all. It does not deserve a single star.

It was very quirky and very central and the longer I stayed the more I liked it.

Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement nous n avons pas pu dormir des 2 nuits il y a un moteur d eau qui se mets en route toutes les 2 minutes la chambre 6 est à proscrire. Niveau propreté n en parlons pas ( poussière, taches, salle de bain, pas de protège matelas ect ect ) les seuls points positifs sont la localisation et la réception 24h/24 et les jeunes qui sont présents sympathiques . Établissement qui a du avoir du charisme il y a de nombreuses années. Ce n est vraiment pas un 3 étoiles je dirais à peine une . Cet établissement n est pas à l image d Expedia

Nel bagno non era presente la carta igienica. La struttura era sporca.

O hotel está muito mal administrado. No quarto dos meus amigos a chave não funcionou e levaram 2 dias para troca - los de quarto. Nos 2 quartos a água do banho não escorria normalmente. O corredor cheio de camas de armar. No banheiro deixam um frasco de sabonete vazio quando já mudaram o tipo de sabonete usado.
