Hatte das Hotel über expedia inkl. Frühstück (stand bei mir so in der App!) gebucht! Beim Buchungsvorgang über paypal war plötzlich die Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr verfügbar und es wurde teurer. Im Hotel wurde 2 x vom Personal behauptet ich hätte ohne Frühstück gebucht, da es bei ihnen im Hotelsystem aufscheine und ich solle dafür extra aufzahlen! Für die teurere Kategorie mit Stadtblick war die Raumgröße zwar komfortable, von der Helligkeit allerdings düster und das Zimmer mit Stadtblick entpuppte sich mit Ausblick auf das Tatracentrum. Alles in allem enttäuschend.

all good just the hotel is situated in capital city of Slovakia and TV in the room play only 3 slovak stations and all the rest in german or another languages. it’s a shame

깨끗하고 넓찍한 객실과 친절한직원, 그리고 맛있는 아침식사까지 너무나 다 훌륭했는데 다만 체크인때 너무 늦게까지 방이 준비가 안되어서 그점이 불편했습니다. 아마 저희전에 체크아웃한 손님이 늦게 체크아웃하셔서 청소가늦어진것 같은데 그래도 기다리는동안 1층 카페/바에서 사용하라고 20유로 이용권을 주셔서 기다리는동안 음료를 마셨는데 시간이 아까운 여행객의 입장에서는 아쉬웠습니다. 다음날 데이투어가 있어서 조식을 못먹을것 같아서 말씀드리니 take away 도시락을 준비해놓겠다 했는데 감동이었습니다. 각종브레드와 요거트, 음료, 스낵과 샌드위치까지 덕분에 긴 투어에도 배고프지않았고 너무 유용했습니다.

This is a really nice hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast buffé. Recommended!

Room was large in size with a king size bed. Property is modern and has a decent location in old town. Showers do spray water all over the floor so just be prepared. We did have to adjust our stay and front desk said there was no way to get a refund on the nights we would not be staying but Expedia was quickly able to refund us with no issues using the virtual chat. Overall happy with stay.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super für uns als vierköpfige Familie. Wir hatten ein Executive Zimmer mit Snacks und gefüllter Minibar inklusive. Wasser haben wir täglich neue Flaschen bekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

部屋は広くきれい。スタッフは普通に丁寧な対応。

The temperature in our room was way to high and the air conditioning was out of order. The beds were clean and well done but the matrasses way to hard.

This hotel is good choice for city trip. It is very clean,located in the old city! Everithing is perfect!

Nice hotel and a pleasant stay

Short visit for two nights. Arrived by train from Vienna. The station was a 15-20 mins walk. Hotel is not far from old town. Staff were nice. There was an ability to buy snacks and drinks from the bar area to take up to your room but it was also not far to find small supermarkets etc.

Good size room, helpful staff and large choice of food at breakfast. Only downside was the room was far too hot (up to 26 degrees) and the air con wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting. The only suggestion was to open the window which helped a bit but it couldn’t be left open overnight.
