Lots of parking and close to our room door. Overall the facility was nice and clean but the hot tub was not functioning which was disappointing. No biggie though. Our only real negative was the front desk staff. When I called ahead of our check in, the woman on the phone didn’t seem to want to help me, was short and ignored my question, it seemed, to make a point that I was bothering her. Then when we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk didn’t say hello, but greeted us with, “Reservation?” and “Name?” Not very welcoming, but I wouldn’t have thought as much of it if the first representative wasn’t so rude. I think the front desk staff could work on their friendliness and helpfulness - this is what most travelers come to expect from hotels, as it is literally the hospitality business.
