Beautiful view, great place

Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was great!! The ocean side fire pits were beautiful to watch at night.

If you book on a third party website, like hotels.com, your room will NOT look like the pictures. We've been staying here for years 15-20 years. It was our favorite annual beach accommodation. We did notice that they are no longer a small business, instead a management company now. We've always had amazing stays until this time. Our room was TINY, kind of dingy, and not the layout in the pictures. When I talked to the front desk about this, they told me all sorts of things; "this is that way because it's a pet room", "we're still waiting for furniture delivery", "it's always been this, we don't know what you're talking about". Then someone finally said "the guests that book through third-party websites get those rooms". Guests have to book through them directly to get the nicer rooms. They would not honor what hotels.com showed. Honestly, I don't know that we'll ever go back. They were great when they were a small company, but now it's just another umbrella company they gives you less, charges you more, and tells you that as a commoner you should just be grateful. Capitalism at its finest.

The view was amazing and Brandi at the front desk was so helpful in helping us find good places to eat. Every time I came across an employee they were very friendly.

The room was clean to check in staff were very friendly. We celebrated my Fiancés birthday and it was a perfect way to get out of the city the fire pits were great with our dog and walking distance to the sand! On top of waking up to the ocean at the end of our bed and pink sky’s so pretty

Clean room, elevator!!!, great view and balcony, tea and coffee available in the lobby, continental breakfast good except for overdone eggs (sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, biscuits, juice, coffee).

We had the best experience ever! Room was clean, bed comfortable and had an excellent view of the beach. We especially enjoyed the fireplace! The staff were very friendly, always welcoming and checking if we needed thing. Breakfast was wonderful, a plentiful variety of foods and a gracious breakfast staff. We would highly recommend the Coho lodge, and will definitely make this our go to place to visit!

The view was amazing!

The room is old, out dated. Even smells old. The gas fireplace is real, I like that. No fire pit for the night, no access to the beach from the property. The person that welcomed us in was professional but not friendly. Breakfast was great, it had all the amenities except bacon, but there was sausage. The view was spectacular!

I stayed 2 nights and both nights there was a loud generator runni which was their sprinkler system below my room going 24/7 and it was loud and vibrated my head all night. I hardly slept. Hot tub was messed up first night, they claim they fixed it 2nd night but i dont think so. Gas smell lingered around my room door and when I reported gas (rotten eggs smell) to the front desk they reassured me its "normal" and that its coming from their dryer exhaust. While it eased my sense of worry that they were aware of it and that the fire department had already been out to check on it in the past, it did not make me feel good to know i have to walk through and smell gas surrounding my room. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff i interacted with during the evening and night hours were great but the young woman who checked me out the next morning had an issue with listening to my light remarks mentioned here. She gave 10% off my booking at the counter which was nice but as a travel agent, I felt like she made excuses for my concerns instead of validating them even if she couldn't personally control the outcome. I mentioned passing the gas complaint onto the owners since it was out of her hands and and that would have been a perfect time to say "your concerns are valid and I will pass the message along to upper management" and kept a happy satisfied customer after instead of arguing with me. I cant in good conscious recommend the room choice i selected to anyone ever. Queen partial view

This was just a quick birthday gift for my son. I booked two rooms and was pleased they put us connecting/next door. The check in was effortless, front desk rep was courteous, and I liked the French press coffee given out. The rooms were great! Clean, comfortable and great view! The breakfast was good and filling. Definitely going to be coming back!
