Great spot, price and comfortable

The hotel and personnel were great! Getting there from the train station is tricky despite the proximity on the map.

Check in was smooth and we were allowed in early ! Welcome cookie on arrival , room had iron and fridge with tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water - quiet and spacious . Check out was the same and bags retained until we returned later on in the day Perfect location for the railway station and only 25 minute walk to Leeds Arena - great in house bar and restaurant.

The service was horrible. Every time you called the front desk or room service it took ages for someone to answer the phone. We stayed for 9 nights with two adults and child in the room. every single night they failed to mak

The room was nice, very spacious and modern, the bed was very comfortable which is always a bonus, although I did have to report a fault with one of the lights in the bathroom, but it was fixed very quickly by the maintenance team which was great. The amenities looked really good, I didn't get a chance to try them but I did have a brief look. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the service from the staff on the front desk and over the phone, the two staff I spoke to were quite rude in my opinion, and not very welcoming, it was the same when leaving the hotel to check out, very abrupt, nobody asked me how my stay was, just sort of handed them the key and that was it. I think I've honestly had better service at budget hotels like an Ibis or a Premier inn.
