It was a great hotel

Unhappy with original room provided as it was an adjoining room and the noise from the neighbours was a bit much. We changed rooms which was much quieter, but a much smaller room. It was nice inside. Nicely decorated. Big TV. The bed was really hard with no give and felt like it was on stilts. Whenever my partner moved the bed shook and swayed.

A lovely hotel in a good location

Staff very friendly. Location perfect, dinner and breakfast were great. Would definitely go back .

I stayed at Doubletree Hilton for one night. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are immaculate and nice bed. I slept like a baby!

Great location on the canal and minutes away from the train station. Breakfast was basic

Our stay was excellent the hotel was stunning and the surrounding area was modern and peaceful.

Not great as a Christmas staff party was going on right underneath my room - I had a 5 year old child with me . We was up /awake most of the night . I called and complained and was told I could be moved at 1 am in the morning !!! Ridiculous. We needed to be up for 5 am already . I have no idea why I was put above a party when I had a young child with me - ruined my stay and ruined my whole next day because of lack of sleep !

Romantic valentines stay, nice welcome at check in, wonderful room. Love hotels location. The Sky Lounge cocktail rooftop bar is fab, and The Lock Restaurant on ground floor was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant staff. Breakfast menu extensive and delicious. Bedroom spacious and clean with safe and iron. Next to Granary Wharf. Great views. Will stay there again and recommend.

A lovely night’s sleep. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly helpful- went out of their way to help us plan our walk, to sort out options for breakfast and ensure that any allergies were considered. In the breakfast room there are clearly displayed signs showing the allergens in the various options. Our room looked out onto the canal, quiet and restful though it was only a very short walk from the train station.
