It was a wonderful stay, everything was perfect

Love this hotel. Love the amenities. The lobby is so beautiful from the lighting to the koi fish ponds….such a retreat. Nice 25m pool. Gym has lots of nice equipment. The roof top terrace for enjoying s’mores is such a treat. And the theater was fun also!

Great staff and fantastic rooms. Can’t beat the location and the atrium is an incredible bonus.

The room was spotless and absolutely stunning! They were all very welcoming and accommodating! Highly recommend!! We even added an extra night because it was so amazing!

The hotel snd staff were exceptional. Room was clean and my family enjoyed our stay and first away trip with our baby. The heated pool was amazing. Really liked that we had a kitchen in the room and it had quite a few essentials for cooking and cleaning but for guests that plan on cooking I would say they will need to bring or buy basics like oil or cooking spray, salt, pepper and sponge for dishes as none of that is provided. Also there is no oven just a stove top and a microwave. As we did not plan on cooking during our short stay, not having the above essentials did not take away from our stay it’s just something to keep in mind for longer stays. Would definitely stay here again!

Room is old and needs upgrade especially tubs and showers Fridge in our room was leaking water Bed is comfortable No room service Lounge but no common drinks. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay. Our room was big. Floor boards were creaking likely due to water damage from the dishwasher. We've stayed there a few times before COVID and place still looks to be in great shape. Can't beat the close proximity to all the sights. Walking is preferred with the ridiculous parking fees

Staff went out of their way to take care of us. Frequent visitor here. The Spa is amazing and the rooms are so cozy. Located right in the heart of the city.

Great location, walkable to great shops and restaurants in the Inner Harbor and Government St. Kind, welcoming, helpful staff. Love the relaxing atmosphere when you walk in the main lobby area and the koi pond inside surrounded by plants is really lovely. Room was very clean and spacious and the kitchenette had all the needed essentials for cooking (or heating up) a simple meal. Our room was rather warm (even with the heat turned all the way down so it wouldn’t switch on), so we very much appreciated that there were Dyson tower fans in the bedroom and living area and windows that we could crack open for fresh air. Definitely will look at staying here again next time we’re in town.

Friendly staff, beautiful room with everything you need… truly feels like a home away from home. Cozy & beautiful… one of my favourite places to stay.

We loved this hotel. It was close to everything. The fireplace made me feel so at home. I loved the deep soak in the tub. We will be back.
