Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Pool a welcome relief to the 40 degree weather. Surprised the hotel isn’t 5 stars.

Chambres pas trop insonorisées. Des clients jouaient du violon ou de la flûte à 6h30 ou 7h le matin ! Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel (très cher pour ce que c’est)

Once upon a time the Templarios hotel must have been a stunning hotel , still Is just the bedrooms a bit outdated

The hotel was in a convenient location with onsite parking. While the hotel might be getting a little dated, it was clean and very well maintained. The pool was a great reprieve from the heat.

Wonderful hotel, 5 minute walk to the town centre. Travelling on motorbikes secure parking is very important to us. We were able to book the hotel private outdoor parking (on-site) for a fee. There are security barriers to enter/ exit. Great facilities, loved the pool. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Breakfast options were very good. Supermarkets and shops etc very close by. Would recommend.

Reception staff speaks very good English. Pool outdoors and indoors are very good, little TLC needed as some of the loungers are broken. I knew about the paid coffee pods in room and paid parking for guests not booked directly on their site...inconvenient indeed but I knew about them before. The coffee pods paid are odd. Otherwise all good, good room, balcony, air con and comfy bed on the firm side.

I would stay in this unique hotel again and again. Wish all hotels in Portugal were as unique.

This is probably our 8th stay at this hotel. It’s great!

Beautiful lobby and grounds, short walk along river to the town center and sights. A welcome respite from a long day's travel. Would definitely recommend

Walking distance to old town and the Park "Mouchão". The room was clean. Buffet breakfast was great.

It's a beautiful hotel set in a rustic, bucolic setting with a sense of elegance and comfort ... front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous... although well staffed at breakfast in the two mornings we were there, the staff was running around in a flury, setting up tables for lunch as they restricted sitting in a half portion of the restaurant and removing food items from the buffet area for a quick departure from work at the restaurant closing hour of 10:30 ... of perhaps 400 to 500 hotels that I have been in I've never felt so rushed despite arriving there near 9:30 ... otherwise, a beautiful building and relaxing environment...
