Not satisfied with the stay. The rooms are gloomy and smell mushy. Soiled and old furniture placed in the room for usage. Gave a bad vibe during the stay. Not at all satisfied

I had a business day for two days and understand that Minerva grand has few other properties in Hyderabad and Hyderabad and had a good day. The breakfast was good. The service was good, but overall the hotel needs maintenance and some infrastructure changes as the properties old.

Stayed for 7 nights. Good things are nice big clean rooms and bathrooms, functional air conditioning, efficient staff including room service, good location, decent upkeep of the building and surrounds, very nice restaurants. Not so good things are rooms have no views as windows are blinded, a gym with equipment that doesnt work, key card that doesn't work reliably (they had to shift my room after 4 nights due to lock failure), lifts that can fail anytime. I might book again as the "goods" are better than the not so goods and i know what to expect.

The restaurants on site are good. The accommodation is not so good. We had to move rooms three times, once as the door would not lock, the second was the room thermostat did not work, and the third was the AC did not work (even though it was repaired once when we were in the room). We left once we were asked to change rooms again. We were not refunded for the two days we did not stay.

Room was smelly and AC vents are not cleaned properly due to which we got viral attack after 2 days stay.

if you want to see a thriving city the hustle bustle this is location close to many attractions of HYDERABAD

Don't recommend for families at all. Nothing is in working condition can't adjust AC, no hot water, need to fight with wash basin tap to turn on or off... list can go on..

The service was moderate but there was a kind of damp smell in the hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price we pay. The hotel needs to pay special attention to smell, flies and mosquitoes in room.

Easily accessible in Secunderabad. Floor in the room was not quite finished. Wooden floor broken and dark debris and cracks.

I always prefer to stay at this hotel while in Hyderabad due to its location, size of rooms and fast Wifi. Staffs are very helpful. Special mention of Murali who is always there to help and greet with a smile. Food is also very good along with a prompt room service. Rooms are a bit old and probably needs some renovation as it is housed in an old building

Safety device on door ball bearing came loose; Breakfast was delayed till 7:30 am, I was told it will start at 7 am. Difficulty in using charging points Rest of the stay was good

It is not clean and insects

We had no internet in the rooms the time we were there. The rooms need to be painted and new beds and sofas added as they were dirty. Shower grim was horrible.would not stay here again- lobby was clean and food good from both restaurants. These areas were clean and up to date/ they need to do this for the rest of the hotel
