Our stay at Qasr Al Sarab will forever be one of our most cherished memories! We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff’s attention to detail truly touched us – from the warm welcome to the thoughtful personalized touches and impeccable service that made us feel so special. The romantic dinner facing the dunes was simply magical, as if time stood still. Thank you to the entire team for turning our celebration into an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return and relive this dreamlike escape!

Great hotel at the desert , luxury pool everything is fantastic

The food was excellent! The facilities were wonderful! The location is spectacular! The car service from Dubai to the desert resort, and then from the resort to Abu Dhabi was first rate. We loved our three nights there!

Have been 5 times and am consistently impressed. Nothing is too much trouble. A must stay.

Det er jo en aldeles pragtfuld oase at komme i. Hotellet har et højt service nieveau - men begynder at træneg til lidt vedligehold. Det var desværre netop hvad der var gang i. Det larmede voldsomt ved den ellers dejlige adult pool. Og på 2. dagen var der indisk bryllup - så musik, sang og larm var voldsom. Desværre var dampbad og sauna lukket pga i stansættelse. Vildt at så luksuriøst hotel ikke informerer inden. Det er jo ikke billigt. Men service og ophold godt.

Absolutely awesome stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a unique, memorable and luxurious experience. The staff are wonderful and the experience can’t be beat. The scenery and location of the hotel are stunning.

Beautiful and unique setting

The hotel here is so perfect as a site. However, the staff's attitude is so remarkably poor compared to the attractions. They also provide different information on whether they share information or not, and they are very unfriendly about guidance. The employees' abilities cannot keep up with the hotel's quality. Only one experience of staying in the desert is the best. The staff there, Get back to training.

Hotel was beautiful, staff very nice and ready to help. We met Andres the chef from one of the restaurants, very nice, he took the time to show us around the hotel and beauty of it. Food was good, service at the pool, excellent.
