The lady that checked us in was so friendly and helpful and told us of the restaurants available and operating times.

Loved this,definitely will be back

Everything was great I think refrigerator and microwave would make stay perfect overall it was really great 😊

When checking in, the ladies where not friendly, but pleasant. They did not smile or inform us of the places to eat. When we asked about it, they just said there was Domminicks and Fudruckers. Never told us where they where or how to get there.

The room was okay but couldn’t get a drink at casino without paying for it at the bar which meant leaving the machines. The other staff was very friendly though. Buffet was okay. Pool and hot tub was both closed. All in all not as fun as we hoped

This stay was very poorly. First off I requested a room with a king size bed, I ended up with a room , with two twin beds and , that was very displeasing.

I enjoyed my stay in the it being my first time

My room smelled like smoke & someone had put a clear plastic bag over the smoke detective. Didn't like the fact that the door had a nice size gap in it after you close the door.

Great hotel and casino.

Not the cleanest but okay

I asked at check in if I was getting a resort fee and she answered no, but was charged at check out. Also at check in she did not share that the pool was closed and where the elevators were located. Spoke to Supervisor at check out who stated she was sorry and will talk with staff. No adjustment was made about the resort fee.

When I checked in I asked for a baggage cart and was told they are all out so I had to make several trips between my car and the room. I didn't see a cart the whole time I was there. When I checked out the same thing was said, the carts are all out. The clothes rack in my room was broken, maintenance came up and fixed it right away but they didn't do a good job because by the next morning it was hanging off the wall with just my clothes hanging on it. The hallways had litter everywhere and the elevator also had trash in it. I was very disappointed with this visit.

I stay here all the time, my favorite casino to stay at

Very mediocre. Rooms are not very clean. I would suggest taking you some cleaning supplies. We had fun, but was very mediocre.
