The location was great for what we needed, also near a mall with supermarket. The free car park underground was easy to use and safe. Also sheltered from the rain. Hannah at the cafe was extremely hospitable. Shout out to Andrea and Tia and team. Unforeseen issues can occur on any trip but what’s most important is how the staff handles any hiccups and the team did so most professionally. Making us feel understood and cared for. Overall I would recommend this place to friends. Thank you for taking care of us on holiday

Check in process - if you're booking in after 6pm make sure you are given your security code to access your keys. Also ask for the correct after hours number to call if this hasn't been provided. There's a few available and it gets very confusing.

Trams were nearby if you would want to go into surfers, near pacific fair for the best shopping, great swim in the pool each evening.

The apartment was very well laid out and spacious, and it was definitely a relaxing and comfortable stay. The reception staff truly went above and beyond when I brought some issues to their attention, which I greatly appreciated. That said, the pool area needs some serious attention. It felt grimy and not well maintained, which was disappointing for such a high quality resort. Additionally, I couldn't get the hot tub to work despite trying. The apartment itself would have been outstanding if there had been more attention to detail with the cleaning. The oven, toilet, and food utensils were all dirty, and the cupboard handles were sticky. I ended up buying antibacterial wipes to clean everything myself, which detracted from the overall experience. After raising these concerns with the staff, they were very helpful and did their best to assist, which was a highlight during my stay. With better maintenance and cleaning, this resort could easily be a top choice accommodation on the Gold Coast.

Fine stay but we stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and the bathroom of the main room did not have a door. The smallest room also had no windows. It was not ideal. Overall fine

Loved the convenience of the tram line and local shopping precinct. Easy check in and check out.

It was a nice little place very close to everything at Broadbeach. Easy parking , nice pool area with sauna and spa The only negative was the room was a little old but still very clean indeed
