Has the potential to be a 5 star hotel, unfortunately it’s a 2 star hotel right now

It was ok

Hotel was decent overall. We asked for a room on first floor near an entrance because we brought our dog. Dog friendly was a plus. But the room was damp and musty and nothing ever dried out, even with air conditioning on constantly. Everything felt wet. It was very uncomfortable, but we needed to be close to the exit, so we stayed in that room.

Property was clean and place was nice. Employees are always pleasant. Breakfast was ok. Overall, everything was good...

Many things were in poor to bad condition in our room. The coffee pot did not work. The tv remote had holes in it over the buttons. The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but it wasn’t. Things were not restocked like toilet paper, tissues, or towels. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and were very pleased with the service. This is the worst Comfort Inn I have ever been to.

I was there a week and they only cleaned once. I did have do not disturb on my second day and forth day. My trash was piled up and towels dirty for three days.

It was a good stay. The only thing was there was some water damage in the bathroom and needed to be fixed. The hotel need the grass mowed and edge. It would make it look cleaner and more inviting.

Staff courteous and nice. Staff helped me correct mistakes on my booking reservation. Overall good experience. I am a fan.

Great prices and property!! Customer friendly with great service

We were remembered from a previous trip 2 years pryor & this hotel is just so grand, excellent staff & such nice people staying there, we all shared stories of why we were staying there. It felt as if we were among family, can't wait for our next visit

No clean towel exchange every other day this did not work rooms had a stale smell staff did net know any English.

The location worked well for my plans, and the price was right. Hotel seems to be in a bit of disrepair but was clean. Staff was very nice so overall not a bad stay.

Bathtub was disgusting. Absolutely must be replaced.

Clean and comfortable, no issues

Check in and out was very good. Location for us was excellent. The toilet needs serious repair, runs all the time very seldom stops. The shower fixtures need replaced or fixed. The breakfast area was very clean, the lady who handles during the week, needs to smile once in a while! During our visit a broke down car, damaged front end and flat tire was there over a week, not a good site for hotel. Last we needed a light blub in our room - told they had none, Walmart is across the street.
