I would not stay here again…front desk lady was quite rude - she asked for our credit card but we had already paid for the room so then we clarified what it was for and she said damage charges. And she repeated what she said twice and it came across very rude (like we heard her the first time). When we got up to our room there was a used towel in the bathroom hanging up…other than that the room was clean but for the price definitely not worth it. And you can smell the chlorine throughout the second floor because it’s all open and no actual door just bars…

Had to not use fridge as it gave a high pitched squeal. First hostess that checked us in was brief, hard to understand, and a little rude. Check out lady was pleasant. Otherwise it wasn’t bad. Could use better pillows.

Clean and comfortable rooms overall, which made for a pleasant stay. However, housekeeping did not service the room after the first night, and we had to request fresh towels ourselves. With more consistent housekeeping, the experience would have been much better.

Hot tub was not working the first day. But staff got it working the next day.

Staff amazing. Good Coffee and tea in lobby was a real treat. Walls are paper thin so can hear every little sound. We were surprised that our room had a kitchenette (with heat plate) and full size fridge. We booked the 3 queen bed suite as we had 6 people (4 kids). Overall great stay. Would stay again

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a very intense bright light outside our window that made it feel like day time all night making it very difficult to sleep. Staff was nice and helpful we only stayed one night had we stayed longer I would have asked to move rooms.

Noisy and no towels for hot tub

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities good.

Rooms are bit dated, paper thin walls and there was a hockey tournament during our stay so the hotel was overrun by u9 kids running the halls day and night. Pool is dated. Do not get stuck in one of the rooms adjacent to the pool as the pump is extremely loud and can be heard clearly from your bedroom, also can hear kids playing in the pool from your room. Don’t hesitate to just spend the extra 20 bucks and stay at the best western.

Needed more towels for room

Room was clean. Love the coffee machine in the lobby was good! Shower didnt have very hot water and all but the pool n hot tub are great! Staff was friendly. The hotel was loud from the pool but was quiet once it closed at 9. Very convenient area close to everything! Fireplace wasnt working that would have been nice overall good! Would stay there again.

Good service

I paid for two nights but had to cancel my second night. Expedia and the hotel wouldn't reimburse me for the unstayed night. Very unclassy and greed oriented. Shame on days inn valemount and shame on Expedia for playing devils advocate. Terrible app. Will never use again and will never stay at the days inn valemount again. Highly recommend any hotel other than that one
