This hotel is under new management/name and the updates are amazing! Freshly painted rooms, coffee and items for purchase in the lobby. The staff was VERY friendly and very helpful. I drive through Valemount a few times each year and this is the ONLY place I stay. Great value for a great price.

Really nice place. My only complaints are, we were in a room that overlooked the pool, which was ok, but even though the pool closed at 9pm, they never turned the lights out so all night the light bled through the curtains and maybe because the air con fed into the pool room and so had to work hard against the heat in there, it was ridiculously loud so keeping it on overnight was not good and so the room got really hot.

The property was cleanly and the staff were friendly. All the doors I the property were open all hours to anyone. The property pool closed a 9 pm, not 10 or 11 pm like most properties. Thought it was early and would have like an evening hottub.

The key lock kept beeping when locked from the outside.

Hotel très bien. Lit un peu mou. Literie et serviettes à remplacer par meilleure qualité. Manque une offre pour le petit-déjeuner pour compenser ce problème dans la ville de Valemount. Toute la restauration en fait.

Clean room. Young woman at the front desk was great. Pool area needs some attention. But overall good value.

Amazing, friendly and personable staff. We will stay here again just based on how amazing they were! We had a 3 bed room and it was a tad on the cramped side, but was clean and well maintained. Wish they provided breakfast.

The pool and water slide were a big bonus for the kiddos. I appreciated the gym. The space was clean and staff were friendly.

A great sleep after a long drive…

The mattress was made of foam and very uncomfortable. The bathroom sink had a large crack in the porcelain and was dirty. The hallways are poorly lit and very scary. The room and the refrigerator both strongly smelt of marijuana.

I would not stay here again…front desk lady was quite rude - she asked for our credit card but we had already paid for the room so then we clarified what it was for and she said damage charges. And she repeated what she said twice and it came across very rude (like we heard her the first time). When we got up to our room there was a used towel in the bathroom hanging up…other than that the room was clean but for the price definitely not worth it. And you can smell the chlorine throughout the second floor because it’s all open and no actual door just bars…
