I'd been many times when it was Barcelò. We had a problem but the personnel sorted It out and they had bene kind and very professionale! Well done!!

Schöne Hotel und freundliche Personal!

Really easy checkin and they already had the room ready even though we were early. That sort of thing counts for a lot.

Deilig frokostbuffe med nydelig pianospill som skapte en unik stemning. Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum av Brno, med nærhet til alt. Sengen var stor og god å sove i og rommet stort. Deilig med badekar. Prøvde også treningsrommet og badstu i kjelleren som var veldig delikat. Treningsrommet hadde det jeg trengte, men var veldig lite.

Wonderful hotel in ideal location with many desirable amenities.

The hotel is so beautiful. We were greeted warmly and though we were early and our room want ready, we were able to store luggage and received complimentary welcome drinks in the lobby bar. The wellness center was amazing. 2 saunas and the steam room were so relaxing and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Slitet rum - repor i väggar och trasigt golv här och där. Även lite damm på sina ställen. Men de är stort och har bra faciliteter. I övrigt mycket bra vistelse. Trevlig personal, välkomstdrink och bra frukost.

Tolles Gebäude, stilvolle Lobby, Top-Frühstück Auch der Spa ist schön. Sehr moderne Saunas aber nur wenige Liegeplätze. Sehr netter Service. Zentrale Lage. Ein Highlight war für mich die Pianistin am Sonntag beim Frühstück in der Lobby.

Das Grand Palace Hotel in Brünn besticht durch eine außergewöhnlich schöne Architektur und eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Die geräumigen, stilvollen Zimmer bieten erstklassige Ausstattung und exzellenten Komfort, während aufmerksamer Service, ein vielseitiges Frühstück sowie eine zentrale Lage überzeugen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angesichts der gehobenen Standards sehr gut.

Staff were great although the reception staff were hit and miss with positive/welcoming attitude. Conditions in hotel 'great' as expected. Good choice and quality of food at breakfast with the exception of the 'English / warm' breakfast (The worst I have had in Europe for several years. Fried eggs, runnie on the top burned on the bottom, bacon like tasteless cardboard, hash browns and beans not even warm. As I said the rest of th food was good.

Alles hervorragend! Erstklassiges Personal (Kellner Shiran absolut spitze), Rezeption ebenfalls hervorragend. Zimmer sauber, wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Für Brno eine eindeutige Empfehlung! Sehr gute Lage. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und genossen es sehr hier Gast gewesen zu sein.

The hotel is in a good and central location. What was most important was quiet and getting a good nights rest, which I didn’t get. It was so incredibly hot in the room (and I’m always cold) that it was impossible to sleep comfortably. On top of that, someone from reception called my room around 2:20am woke me up and I couldn’t sleep since then. I have to travel to Prague and I came from Prague yesterday and instead of going back, I wanted to just have a nice restful sleep. For $160 this was a co plate waste for the 14 hours I was there. I wish that I had gone home.
