Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und immer sehr sauber! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und eine kleine Wartung aufgrund eines verstopften Abflusses der Dusche wurde umgehend organisiert. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Personal am Morgen war extrem flott beim Abräumen des gebrauchten Geschirrs und beim Nachbringen von Speisen. Alles TOP! Mühsam haben wir die Wartezeiten am Abend bei der Bar empfunden und teilweise auch nachmittags bei der Bar unten in der Nähe der Promenade. Man hat das Gefühl, dass niemand sich zuständig fühlt - teilweise sitzt man ewig ohne gesehen zu werden. Und niemand kommt um zu fragen, ob man noch etwas möchte. Selbst um zu bezahlen muss man sich strecken um sichtbar zu werden. Ein zweiter Kritikpunkt betrifft einerseits die Umkleidekabine beim Pool - was soll das für eine Kabine sein? Plastikplanen mit Kabelbindern und eine seitlich aufklaffende Frontseite - da kann sich niemand geschützt umziehen. Und die WC-Anlage beim Pool ist ebenfalls grenzwertig was die Sauberkeit betrifft.

Frukosten var kanon, likaså läget på hotellet och alla dess faciliteter. Strukturen på bilparkeringen va sådär, krångligt o inte helt lätt att få loss bilen under vistelsen, de behövdes god planering och framförhållning för personalen. Personalen i receptionen va sådär service minded. Städpersonalen va supersnälla och behjälpliga.

Stort hotell, greie rom, godt renholdt. Ligger fint til,rett ved stranden! Perfekt med også innendørs basseng, særlig når man reiser med barn. Lite området med solsenger, dette kunne vært utnyttet bedre.

Super dejligt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Gode værelser og hjælpsomt personale. Brela er en lille perle :-)

Great location, food and breakfast.

Der Aufenthalt ist immer ein Erlebnis. Das Hotel bietet alles was man wünschen kann. Das Ambiente ist sehr stilvoll, die dezente aber hochwertige Ausstattung sorgt für einen beruhigenden Flair. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, es gibt für jeden was dabei. Das Meer und die Strände sehr schön und sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful hotel with an excellent restaurant offering a wide range of fresh, high-quality dishes. The reception team, particularly Marko also provided outstanding service and were friendly and professional throughout our stay.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt direkt am ruhigen sauberen Strand (Kies). Die HP war gut und für jeden was dabei, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Liegen am Pool ausreichend und Parkplätze waren auch in der Nähe für 10€/Nacht vorhanden. Es gibt auch kleine Supermärkte am Strand sowie Eisläden und Restaurants. Das Fitnessstudio haben wir aufgrund von Zeitmangel nicht genutzt.

The hotel was dirty and dated at check-in. Then we came to the room. It didn’t have any visible ocean view as advertised but still it was a good size as we were travelling with our 3 month old baby. We go to sit on the sofa in the room and realise there’s a huge portion of the wall with what looks like mold. As we had our young daughter with us we immediately alerted staff. Their only solution was to move us to another smaller room for the night and then move us to another room the second day as “that was the best they could do”. Both rooms were smaller than what we had booked and was a great inconvenience as we purposely had booked one room for our entire stay with a baby. No one helped us move. When we went down to collect our last things from the room they had pulled out the couch and saw the entire wall behind was covered in MOLD and a member of their staff began merely PAINTING OVER IT! The whole property was dirty and unkept. Nothing like the pictures. (Definitely AI) The pool was ice cold and covered by a roof so we never used it. The food was mediocre and the service is the worst I have experienced traveling over 50 countries. I have stayed in cleaner and better kept hostels. They are not a 4 star hotel period. And for the price they charge I would never recommend them or any of their chains of hotels. Management left staff to deal with us and wouldn’t come out of their back room. So there was a lot of back and forth. Cowardly and unprofessional. Don’t waste your €€.

This hotel itself is very nice but the location is also the star. It sits on an incredible seaside walkway that has incredible beaches and views. The road down to the town and hotel was narrow and winding but well worth it! Great breakfast and beautiful pool areas. We went in October so we missed the crowds which was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Hotel and rooms are execptional, clean, friendly staff - lovely people working here - the One Best of Best Chefs who prepares meals - Miss Sultana deserves not only payrise but also promotion because that kind, professional and caring person for others deserves being treated as a valuable Chef - managements shall consider things like this - best employees flee if they are not paid the way they deserve :)
