Blankets were torn and the parking lot was full, the breakfast is in the same lobby. The room are outdated. I mean to sleep and shower it was ok but definitely not staying here again. The elevators were broken, if you need a microwave or anything you have to go to the lobby to use it in front of guest. The pool is right in front of the lobby everyone who drives in can see you there was no privacy.

Ac was leaking on floor room smells bed reality uncomfortable

The room looked just like the picture. My family and I were super close to Knott's Berry Farm. Our stay was lovely. The only negative was the continental breakfast wasn’t really all that. Besides that, everything was great.

Buenas tardes me hicieron doble cargo en la tarjeta y en efectivo lo cual aún no me han podido resolver y ya es una semana que ingrese al hotel el chico de la recepción no hablaba español yo pedo por medio de esta aplicación pagar en efectivo al ingresar al hotel y me cobraron efectivo y en mi trarjeta también ojalá puedan solucionármelo fue doble pago

The only bad was the parking. There is a limit of parking spaces.

Check in time was 3pm, room wasn't ready. Finally got our room around 430pm and the room was still gross.

Staff is friendly.

The hotel is in a great location close to an outdoor mall and eateries. There is just pastries, yogurt and fruit for breakfast. The rooms do not have a microwave but do have fridges and a desk.

There was an overpowering bleach smell when we first walked in our room. Tried to use the pool but it was dirty, we did use the jacuzzi but it was not hot, room temperature at best. Stayed in it for 2 hours and consistently turned on the jets but it would still not heat up. I did like the quality of the body wash and shampoo and conditioner.

Room had a very bad smell Tv only had 5 channels pillows were dirty and yellow thank god i took ours. Continental breakfast was a joke,

The staff in the lobby had no idea how to do his job, The hotel was dirty, the floor felt grimy and dusty when I got the room, the bedsheets were already stained, and overall it just wasn’t a pleasant hotel to stay at.

The bathroom including shower seems new and clean. However the hair dryer and heater/AC were covered with dust, the table and ironing board was unpleasant and unclean. The location was pretty safe, lots of restaurants, market. Very convenient.

I really wished they would’ve covered the bed to avoid showing the plastic on the box spring. It really looked awful. Also my son saw a covkroach

Awesome staff!

The heater was not working and I asked the front desk for extra blankets and they didn’t have any extras. They don’t provide toothpaste or toothbrush. Also breakfast is very limited. I don’t recommend this hotel.
