Decent traditional ryokan, which is fully equipped and it's the reason why it's pricey. Staffs were nice and always offer to help, though every requirement I asked would be charged and billed. Onsen is relatively small, but adequate. If you don't wanna add up dinner, there is a good restaurant near by the ryokan.

Great place to stay. Very close to the bus station. Just a few steps. Onsen was great. Not that crowded. One low point is that there are not enough numbers of power outlet for everyone.

妻にちょっとしたサプライズで、食事の後にケーキを用意してもらったのですが、予想以上の演出で、頼んでいた自分も驚きました。 細かいサービスなども素晴らしく満足した二日間でした。

Spa Dinner&breakfast

We enjoyed our overall stay in this traditional onsen inn. The lady who showed us to our room and explained how to make use of the onsen was very kind and helpful. Dinner was a special experience as was the Japanese breakfast. Our servers were attentive and very polite. It was helpful how they explained the dishes to us. I’m afraid, however, that the lady who intercepted us upon arrival was not so charming. Her attitude was rather brusque as she demanded us to face the camera without explaining that it was a thermometer. In fact, the front desk check in experience was below the standard of service one would expect at this price point.

温泉が付いた部屋に泊まりました。大きな温泉がふたつ、部屋にあり、ひとつは透明、ひとつは源泉をひいてきている。とてもリラックスできて良かったです。 テレビは大画面がふたつ、寝室とリビングにありました。大きな机がありみんなで楽しく観れます。 料理は厳選されたものが出て、とても美味しかったです。 建物自体が少し暗い感じがしますが風情があり良かったです。つまずかない様に注意ですが！ また利用したいです。よかった。

とても静かで歴史のある旅館でした。止まった部屋には温泉があり気軽に満喫できました。 建物は全体的に暗くなっており、とても雰囲気が良かったです。 スタッフの方も親切丁寧で良かったです。 ひとつ言うなら、スリッパが他の人と入れ替わったりする事があり、他人が履いたものとの区別が出来なかった。些細なことでですが。

歴史のある建物でとても静かで過ごせた。迷路のようになっており迷いながらも楽しめた。スタッフも親切で丁寧でした。料理も美味しくて良かったです。

We had a great stay at Tocen! Great service at the hotel and it was a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful old inn. Antiques in each of the rooms. Loved the ofuro and the chair massager in the room. Very helpful staff. Good English support. Very close to the shopping area of the town.

一つひとつの家具にもこだわりを感じ、とても趣のある素晴らしい部屋でした。スタッフの皆さんもとても丁寧かつ親切で、料理もとても美味しかったです。

女性と比較して男性風呂は狭いが、いい湯。

こちらのお宿にずっと泊まりたくてイギリスから伺いました。希望の部屋風呂つきのお部屋はすでにいっぱいだったのですが、貸切温泉の予約サービスができて満喫できました。お宿の雰囲気は全てが好みで、陰翳礼讃の静かで豊かな時間、日本らしさが大変感じられました。温泉のお湯もなめらかで肌に大変よく、手湿疹が滞在中に綺麗になくなりました。残念ながらイギリスに戻ってきた途端に再発症してしまいました。湯の花など販売していたら買ってきたかったほど私にはあっていました。毎回一時帰国の際には伺いたいお宿です。

We love the building and facilities. The environment around the hotel is truly amazing. Great place for a relaxing weekend break.

冷氣出風口在下面 會對著床吹 如果人多就會有人對著冷氣出風口比較不舒服，因為是比較老師的旅館，所以也比較昏暗其他一切都很不錯飯店位置在公車站旁邊很方便
