Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

If you plan not sleeping you found the right place, you hear every foot steps on top or next room, this place is not sound proof at all. If you have the bad luck to have hockey teams, good luck, they are noisy and running everywhere with no care to anyone, shame on parents!

This wasn't our first time here. We have been before. I would say 7-8 years ago. Its beautiful, with such thought into hospitality. For a small little Northern Ontario Town i was AWESOWE! The hotel does need updates. Two essential updates in my opinion, are esthetics and comfort. I wasn't a fan of the No Water Bottles Filled with Water Rule. I recommend they provide a solution such as a possible water cooler, water fountain, or another solution and ensure its deemed safe to consume. Otherwise, my son had fun with his team in the pool, I slept well the second night as the other hockey teams' parents decided to have a quiet night. We were greatful due to early games. Night before was a NIGHTMARE. I was beginning to believe I was in a Robert Munsch Story....... with all the sounds, bangs, screams, and thuds. Essentially pure CHAOS.... All in all my son and I had a great weekend with a great team! Thank you.

Our stay was a short one but a very pleasant one.. the staff was amazing at the front desk, our King bed room was spotless and very cozy.. breakfast was delicious..

The stay was great due to snow storm we reserved a third night. The water is not cold for the pool which allows for longer swim time. The hit tub is perfect temp for me. Hubby would of liked hotter. You cant bring any drinks or food into pool area which is sad. Everyone should be able to have water to drink. The breakfast is alright. I have a excellent pallet so foods not just food. Waffles best part. The jacuzzi in the room is amazing. Just need bars to make entering and exeting better. Overall stay. 4.5 of 5
