Overall, we were pleased with our one-night hotel stay. We were promptly checked in upon arriving, the room was clean, the AC worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we were all able to sleep well. The made-to-order breakfast was a nice option.The hotel was only a few minutes away from the F.M. Kirby Center where we went to see a music show.

We always stay at Hilton's. This is our first time at a Hilton Garden Inn. We love it, the rooms are awesome! I highly recommend this one it is excellent.

I loved everything from the food to the room and pool/spa

Convenient. Clean. Spacious.

Wow! Newly remodeled with nice layout, fonctional furnishings esthetic very contemporary. Super clean , quality linen, smelles good. Great breakfast option à la carte.

Place was OK but mattresses very old and should have been replaced long ago. Room was just OK and over priced. Breakfast not included beware esp with the price!. Heads up, will never stay there again.

I would definitely stay again

It's very nice and comfortable hotel. We were disappointed they no longer have the breakfast buffet.

Property was very clean, easy parking and several shops right within walking distance

Everyone was polite, and the rooms were clean. We saw a show at the arena, which is within am easy walking distance.

Terrible experience at the Hilton garden inn Wilkes barre. We arrived at 4pm for checkin to 30 people in the lobby waiting for their rooms to be ready for check in. We were told by the front desk the hotel overbooked rooms and allowed late checkouts the night before. The receptionist told us our rooms wouldn’t be ready till 8pm and offered no help or other options to help us. We were in town for a wedding, needed to shower and change. What an inconvenience. We cancelled the room, had to book another room across town and arrive late to the wedding reception. Needless to say. We’ll never be staying at the Hilton garden inn again. It’s a shame, cause we ski in that area multiple times over the winter and it seemed like a nice hotel with quality amenities.

Great weekend. Stayed here last year as well. Great place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect you have restaurants and stores all around
