The hotel is located in a superb location, just in the middle of the square in front of the lake. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast is great. **parking space is a bit complicated, you need an instruction from the receptionist.**

Péssimo atendimento do gerente que foi extremamente rude e desligou o telefone na minha cara e era o dia do meu aniversário. Avisei do aniversário e a conduta se manteve. O hotel faz propaganda de que tem estacionamento mas o estacionamento é externo e num lugar sem movimento durante à noite. Fizemos o checkin por volta de 21:30 e não havia ninguém para ajudar com malas ou fazer o translado do estacionamento até o hotel. Liguei antes da estadia e escrevi mensagem solicitando berço e quando chegamos o berço não estava disponível. Pedi cama para a babá do meu filho e a cama era uma poltrona dobrável desconfortável. Trouxeram lençóis rasgados que pedi para serem trocados. O hotel fica dentro de uma ZTL e para chegar com o carro até lá( isso é permitido apenas no dia da sua chegada e da sua partida) o hotel precisa sinalizar a polícia e escreveram meu email errado. Há quartos com varanda que tem uma vista linda porém as grades da varanda estavam cheias de teias de aranha. Não há amenities. Os pontos positivos do hotel são o café da manhã que de fato é muito bom e a vista para o lago. A experiência de ser mal tratada principalmente pelo gerente foi péssima e levarei o caso ao diretor da rede. Antes de se hospedarem lá, procurem saber se o gerente continua o mesmo do dia 08/05/2026. Se for o mesmo gerente, procurem outra hospedagem onde sejam tratados com respeito, pois respeito é o mínimo que se espera. A equipe não condiz com a de um hotel considerado 4 estrelas

Perfekt beliggenhet! Et lite minus var at det var dårlig luft på rommet og aircondition var skrudd av for sesongen (8.mai) og eneste mulighet for frisk luft var balkongdør til felles takterrasse.

Staff and and room were excellent. A bit difficult to navigate to but we made it. Parking was not on premises as we were lead to believe but it wasn’t far and the parking facility was very nice, safe, secure. Great location for a stay in Riva del Garda.

The room was perfect for a couple, bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous.

Allt var bra förutom att det var hår i sänglinnena och att parkeringen låg för långt ifrån. Frukosten var fantastisk och läget var super! Hotellets restaurang serverades utmärkt god mat:)

Everything was fine except for the bed, which was two separate beds, not a queen size

Fantastic view of the lake. Close walking distance to everything. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Arrived to issues with parking, city access to hotel area in traffic restricted zone and a few other niggles... SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. Free breakfast is excellent in choice and variety. Very Happy, book with confidence.
