Veldig bra service, god frokost og velholdt hotell.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer to book restaurant reservations for us in the city at the last minute, they also called and took care of the water taxi for our arrival at the airport early the next morning. They had breakfast ready earlier than normal to accommodate us. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond and we will be happy to return in the future.

Warning, keep all valuables with you. Don't leave them in the room. Front desk person is sketchy at best. Venice Italy is a den of thieves.

Our room was very attractive and functional. Staff was friendly and breakfast had a very good selection. Location close to the train station was great.

From beginning to end, everything was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were greated with champagne bottle and drinks for our 2 girls. Our canal view suite was truly the highlight of our trip. The decor, the atmosphere, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, and honestly it was the only hotel during our travels where we were able to fully relax and sleep peacefully. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. It would be nice to have a few more options. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Overall, 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was very clean and very small. Just note that the bed is made up of two single mattresses that separate through the night! You and your honey end up being on two separate islands!

Lovely hotel right on grand canal across from the train station. Amazing breakfast, meticulously clean, deep tub, delightful staff. Highly recommend. If I ever get back there, we will stay here again!

This was the smallest room we have ever been in. Shower was horrible and had no room to move in. Staff was amazing, breakfast was great.

All very good, staffers are very nice, only thing need to improve is to provid anti-skip mat for the bathtub/shower for guest safty. The tub is pretty slippery.

Beautiful room!

This hotel is beautiful. I was only staying one night and the staff upgraded me to the Dogaressa room, which was gorgeous, very clean, comfortable, and situated right over the canal so I woke up to the sound of seagulls. Breakfast the next morning was varied and delicious. The receptionist kindly helped me figure out the best way to get to the airport, which turned out to be very easy from this location. Wish I’d had longer in Venice, I would have happily had a longer stay here. They have a bar and a patio by the canal that cried out for an Aperol spritz. For those with mobility concerns, this hotel has an elevator and a staff member kindly helps you get your luggage to your room.

Room was typically European in that it was small and the AC wasn't fantastic, but otherwise it was perfectly pleasant and great just for sleeping at night or an afternoon nap. It's located literally right on the grand canal which was beautiful and no more than a 30 minute walk from anything you could want to see. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we would gladly stay here again if/when we come back. It's maybe a 10-15 minute walk from the closest water taxi stop so very easy to reach. My advice is pack very lightly on the bags because there are no automobiles in Venice, it's all water taxis, so a lot of walking. Lots of stairs and narrow alleys so the city isn't very accessible if you need specific accommodations, but if that's not an issue for you, you will love staying here and enjoy every aspect of this city. Bellissimo!

Great location, lovely and clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a great assortment and cappuccino was an added treat. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy, clean, and provided a great shower. There are a lot of choices and we were happy that we chose Hotel Canal Grand.
