Very friendly staff, clean rooms lots of parking definitely recommend to everyone

Very impressed with how clean this hotel is! The carpet looked new on our floor and in our room. And when we got there maintenance was shampooing the carpet in the hall on our floor. Maintaining goid standards. Also, very friendly staff at each encounter.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Place was very clean, simple but acceptable amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Good location. Staying here again in a week or so :)

The room and hotel were mostly fine. What you would expect from a hotel in this price range. But we did get a suite with a separate bedroom for privacy, and much to our surprise the bedroom door was completely glass. We had to hang a sheet to cover it and it was really annoying. Not what I would expect for a bedroom door. That alone made it so our family likely wouldn’t stay here again

The rooms were tight and the bathrooms even tighter. I would probably look elsewhere to stay next time I am Edmonton. The staff were great!!!

Clean rooms

Air quality not good. Not the cleanest… very friendly staff though! No hot tub, sauna out of order…

We tried to set up the pullout bed but found that the comforter had an unpleasant stain on it. When we requested a replacement, we were given a thin blanket instead, which left my daughter feeling quite cold the first night. We followed up at the front desk to ask again for a proper comforter, but were brought the same light blanket. When we clarified our request, we were told that this was the only option available. Additionally, my husband, daughter, and I were really looking forward to using the steam room, but it was out of order for the entirety of our stay, which was disappointing.
