Great hotel with super friendly staff in a great location, handy for the harbour, shops and restaurants. We were asked to move rooms after two nights and were compensated with half board for the rest of our stay. Lovely clean pool - sunbeds a bit uncomfortable and you need your own towels - but a minor issue really.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room shown in the pictures does not exist. The rooms are small and dirty and nothing like the pictures. Our room was down and across the street from the reception. No lock or code entry on the front door which was on a busy street across from a grocery store. No lighting in the hallway except an exit sign. The door to our room didn’t close properly. Room was dirty, small and looked into the interior of the parking garage that I wasn’t allowed to park in. No balcony, no staircase or sitting area. Literally a motel 6 with worse lighting and not nearly as clean. I was shown several more rooms and they were equally disgusting. Took over four hours and multiple calls to Expedia to get a full refund. If you want a vacation filled with bed bugs, cockroaches and mystery stains on the furniture this is the place for you. Was told by staff they frequently get people who complain about the rooms but have no transportation to stay else where and are forced to remain on site. . Was told my one staff member “I wouldn’t stay here.” This place is truly disgusting. There are so many beautiful places to stay in Paphos but this is definitely not one of them.

Location, location, location is the great thing about this hotel. Restaurant/bar/ lobby,/ and pool wete very nice. The room it self was ok. Since i was out and about visiting the island, it was a place to sleep and rest between doing things. So i didnt spend alot of time in the room, it severed its purpose

Buffet breakfast excellent Accommodation spacious , clean , good shower and excellent air con in both the bedroom and living area Pool area could be cleaner Pool itself was warm and clean Location was excellent and you have a sainsbury style supermarket outside We would go back

De kalder det et Resort hvilket det bestemt ikke er. Vi fik en lejlighed på den anden side af vejen i en beskidt baggård. A/C vand overløb var i en plastflaske som skulle tømmes for ikke midt om natten at løbe ud over det hele. Pool vand uklart og beskidt. Lejlighed med 2 senge i soveværelse var fint, men ekstra oprydning var på helt almindelig sofa, hvor ikke engang ryghynder kunne fjernes. Vi fik i stedet 2 feltsenge ind. Her manglede den ene ben, som gjorde sengen klappede sammen når man vendte sig i den. Lejligheden var istandsat, men alt haltede. Komfur duede ikke og istedet for rep. var der bare sat et andet ind. Så der var ikke mange centimeter at bevæge sig på. Fin, ren og moderne restaurant, god morgenmad og god beliggenhed. Men vi kunne have sparret halvdelen ved at booke en lejlighed selv. Og det var reelt det vi fik - en lejlighed.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Basilica. We was in a building across the road which we didn’t know about prior to arriving - we didn’t mind as it’s not far at all and rooms are still clean and have everything you need. Staff very nice and we didn’t have any complaints. Pool area lovely and enough space even though it was busy

Was very bright & noisy outside at night - our maid took some money off the side which wasn’t meant for her - she came in & started cleaning before I had even departed & there were people living there closed season, one of them providing constant out of tune banjo playing & singing while we were round pool!! Other than that no complaints & the hotel receptionists were especially brilliant!!

The view from the property is great and it has some lovely amenities. The supermarket is just across the road, and has great products for gluten free and sugar free diets. The rooms are clean, and to make it even better they could update the design of the room so it feels a little more welcoming and the hallways too. I think the stove worked but I couldn't seem to work it. The room was a little cold in the mornings this time of year(nothing too painful) and I like to get a little warmth in the room, but the heater just blew lukewarm. Because Cyprus is generally hot I'm not sure how significant that point is.

Manca un porta rotolo. Manca un porta sapone sia in doccia che sul mobile del lavandino. Si sono persi in un bicchier d’acqua.

Lovely stay, some aspects of property are a bit dated but everything was clean and pool was lovely.

A zuhanyzó tisztaságára figyelhettek volna kicsit jobban, de teljesen elfogadható volt. Mosogatószert illetve szivacsot is biztosíthatnának, mert ha valaki csak pár napra érkezik, mint mi nem biztos hogy vesz de jól jöhet. Egy hosszabbító vagy plusz konnektor kellene a konyhába, hogy a mikrót ne kelljen pakolgatni a főzőlapra meg vissza. Ezeket leszámítva minden teljesen rendben volt.

Great place in a wonderful location. Rooms are spacious and we loved the high ceilings. Perfect for a girls trip in Paphos.

The receptionist was unfriendly and did not appear to be motivated to help you. After entering the flat, the door knob broke off while I was twisting it to open the door, so I had to reattach it before entering the premises. After that, I saw that some of the furniture had been cat clawed and was not well maintained. The bedroom lighting did not function, and the apartment was generally not properly maintained.

Arrived at hotel approx 8pm, everything in darkness and doors locked, after circling the building 3 times with no joy we telephoned and were answered by a very gruff voice saying he would turn the light on and let us in, we were checked in by a man in full military regalia, including a beret and A Gun!!!, no pleasantries, practically chucked the key at us, scary experience, one we certainly wont forget, room was ok, basic but what you expect for the price really, such a shame, ladies in the morning were quite nice but if we could of gone somewhere ele we would of

Sehr schlechte Zustand schmutzig,Sweet Zimmer gebucht für 4 Person bekommen Ruine für zwei in neben Gebäude Mitte in Baustelle auf andere Seite Straße da wohnen auch einheimische. Frühstückt wahr ok.
