STANZA IN BUONE CONDIZIONI, PULITA, MA SENZA DIVISIONE BAGNO CAMERA NON MI E' PIACIUTA MOLTO, IL WC E BIDET SEPARATI MA COMUNQUE DOCCIA E LAVANDINO IN CAMERA PER ME E' NO, SE DIVIDO LA CAMERA CON UN'AMICA NON MI VA DI FARMI VEDERE MENTRE MI FACCIO LA DOCCIA ,CUSCINI TIPO SOTTILETA MA APPENA CHIESTO ME NE E' STATO DATO UNO AGGIUNTIVO, COLAZIONE MOLTO BUONA.

The room is clean and the breakfast was sufficient with many choices. This hotel promotes a laundry room with one washer, one dryer, which is very nice and convenient. However this washer room is there more for the staff, and when I arrived both the washer and dryer were full of blankets, aprons, all unattended. When I asked the one front desk staff for a little help with the machine, at her convenience, this employee was quite short, rude. She slammed the washer door and told me loudly that I did not do anything correctly. I thanked her loudly and did my laundry in a very cluttered housekeeping room. This was a terrible example of offering good hospitality to a traveler. I don't think this service should be offered at all as I found it inconvenienced the staff on duty. Just take down the sign offering the laundry room service. On the other hand, the receptionist who checked us in was awesome. Parking also very convenient.

Suggerisco di cambiare doccino del bagno e di dotare delle tazze della dimensione corretta per l’erogazione del cappuccio

Fica a meio caminho entre Catânia e o Etna.Estaconamento na porta. Café da manhã ótimo. Apartamento amplo.Ponto negativo: vidro do box pela metade, com isso há vazamento de água; minha esposa escorregou e caiu , batendo a cabeça.

Perfecta estancia , solo que costaba encontrar un buen camino fácil para el hotel

Er kwam rioollucht uit de wasbank als je die ging gebruiken. Dekbed was kapot en niet in hoes, kranen zaten vol met kalkaanslag, en onhandig een open douche, gordijnen/rails kapot. Zelfde ontbijt elke dag!

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mio marito per una notte presso questo hotel. L'edificio è abbastanza recente, di uno stile moderno e particolare. Si trova in posizione piacevole in mezzo al verde della campagna di Acireale. Le camere sono suddivise tra un corpo centrale (camere superior) e un adiacente corpo esterno (camere standard). Noi abbiamo pernottato in una superior, molto gradevole e spaziosa. Arredamento moderno e piacevole, bagno comodo e pulito. Colazione buona e varia. Un ringraziamento alla gentile signora alla reception, disponibile e simpatica.

Hotel ok for a one-night stay

It would be better if there was bacon and eggs in breakfast

Access coming from Messina is a bit tricky sharp left turn. Otherwise nice and polite staff good breakfast.

Chambre propre et spacieuse, hotel moderne et calme. Seul bémol, la salle des petits déjeuners est petite et bruyante.
