Great hotel, location was awesome. The rooftop pool is is pretty but we didn’t swim in it. Hotel staff was super nice!

Great hotel in a great location. Finding the hotel using google maps is a challenge. Once you figure out parking it is easy(ask for guidance at front desk). Great breakfast buffet. Would definitely return.

Parking is an issue. It’s inconvenient with very narrow space.

Parking was a bit inconvenient. Only 1 bottle of water upon check-in. No free coffee in lobby.

We did not receive a bottle of wine. But then we didn't realize the bottle of water was free.

Une bonne adresse très stratégique, très propre et avec de grande chambre. L’hôtel est vieillotte et a dû être rénové au fil des dernières décennies de sorte qu’on sent un genre de mélange des genres. Parfois on penseraient aux années 60-70 et d’autres 1980-90. C’est un peu bizarre mais c’est recommandable sans problème. Un membre de notre groupe a vu de la rouille sur la baignoire de sa chambre, de mon coté il n’y avait aucun problème.

Staff at checking was very helpful and nice. All was good, hotel is old, but nice, especially the common areas. The rooftop pool is fun to try. Breakfast was a bit off - we went down at 9am and several options finished, you needed to request for refill which is awkward. Enjoyed the stay overall (spent only 1 night).

The hotel location, the room, the breakfast all great. Minuets to the historic downtown, restaurants near by, the staff fantastic jobs, they help us booking tours, taxi to the aeroport, very welcoming people. Thank you for everything. Maria and Cris from Canada

This is an older property and the rooms are a good size. There is free overnight parking from 7pm to 8am on the streets across from the hotel, 1min walk. The hotel lighting was generally dim and the room had bright white lights.

Hotel was close to City Centre and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Rooms were clean and plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel très bien situer dans ponta delgada, au centre des attraits historiques. Plusieur restaurant a proximités. Déjeuners inclus sous forme de buffet. Terrasse moderne avec Infinity pool sur le toit et vue sur la ville. Nous étions dans une suite, chambre très grandre. Point a améliorer, matelas pourrait etre un peu plus confortable, nous les avons trouver un peu dure. Très bon service du personnelle. Nous on bien accommoder avec notre enfant de 1an. Il y a un stationnement par contre, il y a des place limiter et il est situer a quelque minute a pied de l'hôtel sur un autre rue et il y a un frais de 6euro par jour pour l'utiliser. Le stationnemnet et très securitaire avec une barrières et une manette pour l'ouvrir qui est fournit par l'hôtel. Il y a egalment des soirer avec musicien live. Tres bon hotel, je recomande.

Hotellets läge mitt i gamla delen av staden är jättebra. Personalen var trevlig, frukosten bra, poolen på taket härlig, men det var svårt att få bra sömn. Rummet jag bodde i (316) hade en innerdörr till rummet bredvid. Denna dörr var låst förstås men man hörde ju allt grån det rummet. Jag vaknade kl. 02 av att personerna som bodde där kom hem och pratade, det lät som de var i mitt rum - så mycket hörs det. Kl. 05 spelade ungdomar hög musik i parken utanför. Kl. 07.30 ca började, på en lördag, ett högljutt borrande - sannolikt i en annan fastighet men det var så högt att man ändå väcktes. Kanske hade jag otur bara, men det blev lite sömn.
