Great value for money and the staff are some of the best all around! Have been staying here all my visits to Hyderabad over the past 10 years and they have never been less than perfect. Front desk, restaurant staff, quality of food and the taste, room service, everything was excellent! Highly recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten einen super guten Aufenthalt. Das war das beste Hotel und auch Service auf der ganzen Reise durch Indien. Wir essen normalerweise nicht im Hotel, dich hier konnten wir nicht darauf verzichten ! Es war super lecker !

All employees were very professional courteous very polite atmosphere and very helpful

First time in India. The hotel is showing its age a little bit with the odd loose floorboard around the pool area or occasional gurgling plumbing but no major issues and the communal areas are all well kept and clean. Our room was fine and the in- house dining options are very good. However, the real gem of this hotel is the staff - they are lovely, kind and considerate. In fact we feel that over the last week we have been “killed with kindness”. If we were to return to Hyderabad then we would definitely stay here again 😊

Courtyard was great place to stay in Hyderabad specially coming from overseas. All the amenities are world standard and the restaurant/food was great. Valet parking so convenient. This place is closed to various important spots for shopping, business, and leisure. In a previous reviews I heard about the Hussain Sagar smell but we have not experienced it. We will stay at this place many times in the future.

We got an upgrade to the main Marriott hotel on arrival. The service at this hotel exceeded my expectations and I’m really thankful. Siraj (I think that’s his name) on reception at The Courtyard was wonderful. I would highly recommend. We used the concierge to get taxis around and they were reasonably priced, convenient and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was comfortable, and quiet, even though it's near a busy road. The room was cozy. The staff were proactively helpful, and I especially appreciate the help from Mr. Sakib and Ms. Nuresha for letting me check in early. The hotel is at a busy location with easy access to transport and facilities.

The staff, particularly the dining and front desk staff, were exceptional in service and attitude toward their guests. They went above and beyond to make our stay a positive and a memorable experience.
