Very good, clean and comfortable. Great location and lots of dining options and shopping areas. However, the room I was given was very far from the reception area and the walk was about 15minutes to my room.

Great hotel. Nice stay. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of everything we wanted. Bit picky but staff at breakfast were very unprofessional. Greeter spoke to me without looking up from his screen. Pleasant enough though. Asked for a spoon and staff looked at each other before vaguely pointing to cutlery tray. Said nothing. just makes the difference between a good hotel and an adequate one. Poor training? Poor management? Overall stay was good.

Room wasn’t clean lack of anything in room couldn’t turn ac off on all night on top peoplewobdering around pound 3 am like party was going on 3rd floor breakfast was good .

Decent hotel in need of more maintenance. Airconditioning broke after day 1 (of 3), resulting in a room temperature of 27 C. Not an isolated issue, as the second airconditioning unit in the family room also broke. Did not get fixed during our stay, got some fans instead. Breakfast is mixed, fresh fruit is nice, but ingredient quality of hot food, pastries, bread is pretty low. Personnel is general friendly and check in was particularly smooth and friendly.

Room was very clean, tidy with enough space to also use the desk. Very good location. Breakfast was much better than expected. Would definitely stay again for business needs.

Good breakfast. Effective AC. We had a couple of problems, there was no mini fridge in our room and the hairdryer wasn't working. The staff were onto the problems immediately, wheeled a fridge in and connected it up for us, brought a brand new hairdryer within 10 minutes. It turned out the old hairdryer wasn't broken at all, I was using it wrongly! The staff member was very kind and showed me how to do it. Amenities in the room were rather basic - kettle, iron, hairdryer - a small microwave oven and a pod coffee machine would have been nice. At breakfast all staff very welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely stay.

The space in the room is nice and big, the bath tub shower isn't very good as you will soak the bathroom floor. The other issue is you have to pay a lot to stay at the hotel and you have no alternative but to pay the fee daily.

All clean, fresh rooms and communal areas - and staff helpful and friendly

Upgraded to a suite and it was actually bog standard, we shall not be staying anytime soon
