Absolutely great view of the Bathurst track.

Old hotel, very claustrophobic. Rude service at reception. Wouldn't recommend.

We found an bag from a previous guest in the room, the body wash dispenser was empty, there was mould around the glass shower screen, vanity legs had the front base plates dislodged, and there was a chunk missing out of one of tiles on the feature wall in the bathroom.

Th place is immaculate, spacious room and comfortable beds.

Room smelt of raw sewerage, had to move. Looking very tired and run down. Service in restaurant not great nor friendly.

Great location but unfortunately the room we had was in need of some basic maintenance. Sliding door to Bathroom so far out of adjustment wouldn’t slide, shower mixer cover plate coming away from wall, noisy ventilation and uncomfortable bed.

This was our second stay at this accommodation. After checking in, I was informed that we would be in room108. I didn’t realize that I had to use the stairs to go down one floor! I had luggages and other things to carry. The front team should have asked if I was okay to go down stairs with the luggages.

Nice and quiet area.this place will be better to stay when racing is scheduled.

Great quiet place to stay especially when you’re in Bathurst right on the ultimate race track, rooms are spacious. Staff are professional.

We have stayed here before many times and a great location but room was poor compared to other times . Water was constantly running in toilet , there were no towels when we got there and room was not as clean as normal . When towels did arrive after we rang reception they came to us dirty already . Not sure what is happening to hotel but has changed some what in a bad way .

Unhappy that there was no lift access to get to room which meant that luggage had to be carried up and down 2 flights of fire stairs with bad back and knee problems. Ceiling in shower was too low. 6ft husband was hitting his head on ceiling and had to bend over to wash hair. No rails to support climbing into and out of raised bath/shower. Booked buffet breakfast, when arrived at restaurant was told there was no buffet (even though it was prebooked) and was told food was being plated in kitchen and served to table. Food came out cold and in varying quantities that we could not select. Room was neat, clean and well appointed.
