Pretty poor service-there was a business conference on when we arrived-so no restaurant or cafe and no bar available. The restaurant wasn’t available until 7pm and the bar 5pm. Waited 40 mins after ordering our food and when we complained we were told they had a large bus party in the restaurant. The obvious conclusion from that was the coach party took priority even though we were in the restaurant before them. We had only ordered pizza and french fries. The room was ok but the hotel is situated outside of the town so nowhere to go unless you walk. It is a very long walk to get anywhere/wouldn’t stay again-we only stayed as we were going on a cruise nearby

Modernes sehr funktionales Hotel mit freundlichem Service

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ravenna. There are very few restaurants that are in walking distance. There was dental floss on the floor behind the sink area. We stayed 2 nights and the whole time was not removed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I think this hotel needs to do a lot of upgrades since there will be a lot more cruise passengers coming through in the future.

The hotel is ok but nothing fancy or modern. The entire building needs attention, walls are dirty with scratches or partially painted. The shower has multiple sports with mold around the silicone or tile joints. TVs are very small. Breakfast was ok but not the best pastry. Parking is available at not cost If going to the cruise terminal there is a shuttle service for $15 euros per person.

Not in walking distance to Ravenna. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had no spots left for dinner and we were not offered any alternatives The hotel purports to be environmentally friendly but the room only had plastic drinking cups. Very disappointing. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and complimentary cafe latte. Despite the delicious breakfast I would NOT recommend this hotel

Posto comodissimo per chi arriva in auto o autobus, con ampio parcheggio riservato (ma aperto). A 3 km dal centro a piedi, noi ci siamo andati e tornati a piedi dal centro, ma c'è una fermata dell'autobus vicino. Camera ottima, solo un pò caldo i primi giorni di aprile perché il sole che picchia sulle ampie vetrate scalda, ma basta aprire la finestra. Ottimo ristorante anche per cena ed ottimo personale.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole tutto nelle aspettative. Unica nota riguardo la luce in camera a tema Mirabilandia era poco illuminata.

Accoglienza impeccabile e struttura confortevole. Letto molto comodo, e molto buona la possibilità di scegliere due tipologie di cuscini. Colazione abbondante unica nota, assenza di brioche vegane (ovviamente non necessarie). Unico neo, climatizzazione un po’ rumorosa.

It was convenient, quiet, catolic church next to it. Superior bar service and good food overall. Staff helpful at front desk also. Good shuttle service to cruiseport.

On the plus side, the breakfast was reasonably good and the beds were comfortable. The staff were polite and spoke good English. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty (black mould on the sealant in the shower), the AC in the room was not functional, and the hotel was incredibly noisy (there was a conference that went on in the lobby until midnight with blasting bass music like a disco, and the participants continued the party outside the hotel until 4am). The last part in particular was quite unacceptable but the hotel sadly offered no compensation for the situation. I was also not offered any Expedia benefits upon arrival, and the staff did not seem aware of them when asked. Note to potential guests that this is a long way from Ravenna, advise only staying if you plan to travel exclusively by car.

Every thing was very nice, it was a little away from things. But there was a shuttle to the port, never had to worry about anything. We would definitely use them again!

Terrible hotel in the middle of nowhere. Stayed before our cruise, nothing to do or eat around the hotel. My first room was really small and the AC was broken, the second room the AC was working but it was as small as the first one. Two twin beds!! Do not recommend if you don’t have a car!
