Beautiful setting

Overall it was a good stay in a very pretty village. However the hotel is dated and in need of a facelift. On the plus side the staff and food was excellent.

Mal, a dos grados en el exterior y sin calefacción. Necesita una reforma integral con urgencia.

No hay aire acondicionado, y la habitación alcanza temperaturas altísimas, imposible descansar. A de más solo hay una pequeña ventana que no refresca la habitación

Établissement vieillot Sauna ne fonctionnait pas et piscine gelée J’avais gardé un meilleur souvenir quand j’y étais allé il y a 6 ans.. Établissement qui se fait vieillot à présent

El edificio es increíble y la ubicación hermosa, pero nos pusieron en una habitación sin ascensor, sin tener en cuenta mis problemas de movilidad. El desayuno podría mejorarse mucho por lo que dicen ofrecer.

Great property and beautiful surroundings in the prettiest villages you will find. The staff were great and polite but beware if you are there in the hot summer. There is no AC so the rooms can get pretty hot. The pools is also not heated in the summer and can it is quite frigid.

Très bon séjour dans un très bel hôtel avec une personnel charmant. Idéalement situé pour des promenades et restaurants.

Me gusto la ubicacion No me gusto la habitacion, era duplex con escaleras de caracol, baño abajo cama arriba, ideal para caerte a cierta edad. Ademas requiere una intensa restauracion, por los precios que cobran.

Super séjour

This hotel is very rundown, despite its rather expensive price tag, it’s really only a 2 star. It badly needs money spent on repairs and refurbishment. The male changing rooms sauna was out of order, there was no ceiling light in our room, instead there was an uplighter, but the plug was half broken and unsafe and therefore could not be properly inserted, meaning the light kept flickering or going off completely. One bedside reading light was broken and left hanging downward over the pillow, making it useless in an already dark room with 2 tiny windows.! Wires were exposed and unsafe. The furniture was stained, the walls chipped in many places, the bathroom & furniture outdated. One of the closet handles was partially broken and hanging loose. The check in staff rather unprofessional. We weee told we could not have breakfast (which we’d paid for as an extra) until 9:30am, which was too late to then go skiing, so we were told to order it to the room, but no menu was given to us and the check-in staff forcibly chose for us. We were told we’d be charged again to face it delivered! As it happened, breakfast was late and one of the two couples ended up eating it in the restaurant after all, though the staff there were very rude to us, despite 2/3 of the tables actually being empty! The on-site parking is accessible to all, so other people can park there too and it can be full. A very badly run hôtel indeed. There are newer and better hotels in the area, so shop around.

SUPER SKI WE AVEC MA FILLE

Nice hotel in a beautiful location. However, the wifi didn’t reach the room and when they started preparing the restaurant for dinner you could smell the food inside the room as well.

Hotel muy recomendable. Bien situado y con servicios muy buenos. ( restaurante, piscina). Las habitaciones muy bien salvo el lavabo, que es muy pequeño y creo que con una reforma podría ser mucho más cómodo y accesible
