Happened to be close to office. Friendly helpful staff.

Everything was perfect,very clean, quiet, friendly staff, very happy choosing this hotel.

sono stata per un matrimonio che era a 50 m del albergo dunque e stato una fortuna che poi era di tutto la ....mercato e poi autobus vicino che andavo la Focsani ,per me e stato molto utile anche bello con camera spaziosa ,personale gentile quello che ho avuto bisogno e stato ok,la pulizia e stata fata ma per che ho detto io loro passano ti lasciano lenzuolo asciuga mani,non sono mai mancati ma per la pulizia ti domandano se ce bisogno ....va bene anche cosi,che dire sono rimasta contenta ritornerei se mi capitasi che devo stare in zona....

I entered my payment details on Expedia, yet the receptionist made me pay again, i thought the hotel would not withdraw the money from Expedia then but they did. Staffs are rude. No Housekeeping or maybe there is but they work only early morning, i had no toilet papers in the last 2 nights. Towels are not clean. Staffs' movement is strange as if they are a mafia or watching you as an enemy not a guest! The receptionist wanted me to pay for food and drinks from the minibar which i have already paid! and i had to show them the receipt. and the most rude thing i have ever seen when checking out, the receptionist sent that other man who seems like mafia and keep watching guests to look at the room. that never happened to me before. when checking out, the receptionist without my permission called a taxi, i told him i didn't need one, he looked creepy and angry...
