Everything waz just fine, very nice breakfast. And all the personal waz very polite.

Very close to the train station and attractions this modern hotel is well located. Wonderful breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. Helpful staff. Clean and modern. Very nice and good value.

Very close to many sites in Granada. Most are easily reached by walking, but various bus route stops and the tram stop are on the same street as the hotel. There are plenty of eating establishments nearby. The breakfast option offered at the hotel was very good. Our room was decent size for Spain and on the 4th floor near the stairs end. For the most part we heard very little traffic noise or sounds from adjacent rooms and the hotel appeared fairly full. Although the hotel offered fee parking we used nearby public garages. Overall a very nice hotel to stay at.

Buen hotel para estar y visitar Granada, se puede llegar a sitios de visitas caminando, la habitación aunque es interior pero bien, cómodo y el desayuno excelente. Único que no entiendo que no hay rampa en la entrada del hotel.

Notre expérience a commencé avec l’accueil ou à 15h30 il n’y a qu’une seule personne pour s’occuper des arrivées. Il y avait 2 groupes de voyageurs devant nous donc on a du attendre. Ensuite pour la chambre cela a été une catastrophe. Le lit est totalement inconfortable, je n’ai jamais eu aussi mal au dos et en plus dès que l’on bougeait,même un petit peu, le lit grinçait. Dans la salle de bain la cuvette des toilettes était jaunie, la bouteille de savon dans la douche était cassée, il manquait une poignée de la porte de douche et le pire était le sèche cheveux. Je n’ai jamais vu autant de crasse dessus. J’ai du me laver 3 fois les mains après l’avoir utilisé. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas du tout son 4 étoiles et quand j’ai fais part des problèmes dans le chambre en partant la personne n’avait pas l’air d’être plus embêtée que cela. Je suis sur qu’il y a des hotels bien mieux ailleurs surtout pour ce prix

Tout était parfait. Un petite note: faites réviser la douche elle peut entraîner des dégâts d’eau si elle est fermée en mode portable.
