The staff were very helpful and courteous. Nadia from our bicycle trek was amazing - easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the local area.

The breakfast and restaurant (had lunches only) are very good. The room has earthy smell. Be careful of using the transfer service agent associated with the hotel. Experienced price raising right before arrival, which is not professional. Easily to find other service providers online with 20-30% less (private taxi).

The hotel is in great shape in the middle of the jungle, the staff was very helpful. We booked their new years dinner, it was great food! We really enjoyed our stay

Room was clean and had everything you need for your stay! The ambience is amazing because you are literally in the forest! The staff is responsive and prompt! Breakfast is the same each morning but it is good! We visited other properties in the area and this one is by far the best! I can see why it’s always sold out!

The setting was great, and the pool and bar was nice. Rooms could have been cleaner and the quality of the restaurant food wasn’t great, with a language barrier with the staff. Overall, we had a good stay.

We had a great time, front desk staff were very helpful, they helped us schedule transportation to/from the airport, as well as a round trip driver to Iguazu Falls. The breakfast and dinner were great, and our rooms were clean. A great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in nature.

Hotel and staff were totally unresponsive to all requests and attempts at communication. Would not recommend.

A separate pool for adults would be great. Both pools are currently next to each other around the bar, not a great experience for adults wanting to relax and disconnect but great for families that take over the entire area
