Great location but we were an odd room. It was in the stairwell, it had a strong musty smell, the shower door was partially broken which required regular fixing, the table was broken but glued together. The shower was tiny and I am not a

Property was nice and clean. It was a great location to get around. The staff was helpful and nice. The only real problem is if you drive the parking is limited and tight. Durning my 2 weeks stay I ran into ongoing construction and renovation work that made getting in and out of the tight limited parking a problem. Once that is done, they will get 5 stars from me

We picked design rooms in historical building part of the hotel, toom was cozy and beautiful. Bed matresses are waiting for retirement 😁 New good matresses are needed. Breakfast was okey, the buffet was all same for 4 days, some changes/twists would be appreciated.

Convenient location, less than 10min walk from the coach station.

Air-conditioning poor so had to have windows open. Outside noise very high on Saturday night because nightclub is around corner. Furniture dated

A roof fridge would have been nice, July gets hot and cold refreshments are a must. Air-conditioning advertised, though not working / not efficient. Didn't ruin our stay or put us off booking again. Breakfast is worth paying the extra 13 euros. Tidy rooms. Clean. Good beds - excellent city break.

Great location close to the centre but on a quiet side street. Super helpful staff and a goof breakfast. Room clean and very comfortable, if a bit small. They made a real effort to make our stay really enjoyable.

Staff was excellent, property was a bit tired

Huone oli pieni ja äänieristys aika kehno, sillä käytävän äänet kuuluivat yöllä huoneeseen todella selvästi. Aamupala oli aika perus valikoimaltaan, mutta valitettavasti monet ainekset eivät olleet maukkaita ja/tai freesejä. Asiakaspalvelu sen sijaan oli todella ystävällistä. Suihku/kylppäri oli jees ja hotelli noin muuten kohtuu siisti. Sijanti on liikkumisen kannalta hyvä, mutta alue oli vähän karu kun vieressä oli jotain ränsistyneitä vanhoja rakennuksia yms. Meidän käynnin aikana hotellissa oli menossa myös ilmeisesti julkisivun korjaustöitä. Kokonaisuutena hotelli kyllä tuntui enemmän kolmen tähden hotellilta neljän tähden sijaan.

Olimme todella pettyneitä superiorhuoneen tasoon. Sisäilma tunkkainen, kulahtanut huone kokolattiamattoineen. Sänky oikea pohjanoteeraus, puulaatikossa matalalla linttaan nukuttu bonnelpatja, josta jouset painoi selkään. Ei petauspatjaa. Kylpyamme epäkäytännöllinen, suihkutiloissa näkyi hometta. Superiorkämpän käytettyjä kahvikuppeja ei oltu vaihdettu eikä pesty. Aamupalalla katosta vuosi vettä sankoon. Hotellin sijainti hyvä.

Overall a very pleasant stay

Near the bus station and the city center, but if you have luggage is a little difficult to get there walking because of the sidewalks and stone streets. The hotel and room were clean. The room was little and the shower curtain didn’t close completely. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Mukava ja viihtyisä hotelli rauhallisen kadun varrella.

Varatussa huoneessa haisi pahalle. Saimme vaihdettua huoneen ilman lisämaksua. Kylpyhuoneen viemäristå tuli ajoittain huoneeseen epämiellyttävä haju Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen.

Rubbish customer services. The lady at reception was rude and unhelpful.

Our time was delightful, from the moment the receptionist made special effort to allow the four of us to check in SEVERAL HOURS early, to the wonderful hot breakfasts served in the constantly cleaned and services breakfast rooms! The variety of the food was good, with many fruits, hot and cold dishes, including salad, too. This was our third time at the hotel and probably our best! Our room, #405, had a bathroom door that wouldn't latch or close properly, but we forgot to inform the hotel. We also, unlike our traveling companions, had a room without a mini-refrigerator and only a cabin-style shower, instead of a bathtub shower. We would ask in the future to make sure we had the mini-refrigerator and bathtub shower, but we again enjoyed ourselves so much and didn't suffer much from their absence. Finally, I wish to thank the hotel for surprising our companions, the wife of whom was celebrating her birthday the day of our arrival, for the VERY SPECIAL surprise she received. They were both happy and overjoyed! I look forward to our next visit.

God beliggenhet med gåavstand til "alt". Gode senger og bra utvalg til frokost. Det er mye tekstiler på rommet med vegg-til-vegg teppe og stoff på deler av veggene, og sengegavl med stoff. Ellers virket renholdet å være bra.

A good hotel in a good location, although the single room was quite small.

Hyggelig hotell. God frokost. Kjøleskapet virket ikke, men bagatell i totalopplevelsen som var bra.

Varasimme kolmen hengen huoneen. Huone oli pieni kolmelle, sängyt täyttivät melkein koko huoneen, jolloin liikkuminen huoneen perältä ovelle piti tehdä sivuttain kulkemalla. Sänkyjen välissä oli myös niukasti tilaa.
