The hotel the moment I went was partially under renovation. My room was in the section that was already renovated. Very good renovation and very clean. It was a little bit of noise because of the renovation but I guess this will not be a problem when the renovation finish.

Good location, close to city center. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall was a good stay, the bathroom needed some upgrades, especially the lights. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows not so much. Breakfast was ok, the coffee was great.

Hubo una fiesta en la planta superior y se oía la música muy fuerte hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Me quejé hasta 3 veces y tardaron mucho a quitar la música. El hotel esta viejo en general. El desayuno muy justito.

Nachricht gesendet, ob spätere Anreise möglich, keine Antwort bekommen. Zimmer ok. Fenster extrem verdreckt. Im Fahrstuhl steht Baujahr 1999, so sieht das Bad im Zimmer auch aus. Sanierungsbedürftig. Der Pool (Thermalbad) hat am Boden einen Belag, könnte man alles absaugen. Pool ist ein Außenpool, beheizt! Duschen in Umkleideräumen unter aller Sau, im Duschraum sieht es aus wie 1980. Überall alte Heizkörper, man schreibt aus, dass das Haus Thermal beheizt wird. Schön und gut, aber 25 Jahre sieht man dem kompletten Haus an. Frühstück mäßig bis ok. War nur eine Nacht dort, daher ausreichend. Hab schon schlimmeres gesehen!

The sink was leaking and the shower was not flushing the water so the bathroom was floded. The room was too warm and the valve on the radiator broken. In the morning, no warm water for the shower. The parking should have been included and I was compelled to pay separately. A disaster. Keep away from this pretentious and disonest Hotel. They are not serious people

Good value

Arrived at night, but trams still running from station, and the hotel unmistakable. Many of the buildings in Oradea look even better at night. Never knew it was such a beautiful city.

We had to wait few minutes to check in our room because there was only one staff in the hotel front despite the group tourists were checking in.

It’s like a time travel to the 80’s in terms of decor and facilities. Except for AC which thankfully has been working well. Wifi was very very weak, had to use eSIM and buy more data to hotspot. Gym closed long time ago. Pool half filled with water. There was some youth sports team staying at the same time in the hotel and staff were clearly overwhelmed at breakfast. Tables stacked with dirty dishes, no clean mugs, coffee machine out of milk. It took an hour after the sports team left to bring the breakfast area to some sort of order. Selection of foods at the buffet very average. Definitely not worth 60 lei. We went to Botanic restaurant across the river and had a very nice breakfast for the same price. There are toiletries in the bathroom but bring your own hair conditioner, they don’t provide that. They say they change bedsheets and towels every 2 days or as needed, but our bedsheets were not changed during the 5 nights we stayed. Towels were changed. They also say that bottled water is provided but that was only one bottle on the arrival day, never replenished. It’s a very basic hotel.

Alles Perfekt Nett und Preiswert

In diesem Hotel muss unbedingt an der Wasserqualität gearbeitet werden… es stinkt … Zähne putzen nicht möglich!!! Ansonsten alles gut

Comfortable, clean. Reception friendly and helpful. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

In general a great hotel - but with regards to it being a 4 star hotel the WiFi was bad if you were also to work and the reception was not receptive to you request.

Nothing much
