Really appreciated how they modernized check-in. The room was also very nice. Overall a great stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was ok . Wasn’t cleaned properly , had to sweep up dirt and dust in the room . No dish cloths in the room . Broken slide door handle in which my partner cut her finger . Hard to communicate with staff to get clean linen and towels for the room .

Room was great. The sheets were clean. They weren't put on with a whole lot of precision but we don't care about that. Also the jacuzzi was a little dirty. But again not enough to really worry about. Cute spot and very spacious rooms.

It was convenient and easy to get around!

The office staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was subpar. It is an older hotel that could use some upgrades which wasn't a problem for us. However, basic attention to cleanliness was lacking. Baseboards had layers of dirt and grim (obviously not whiped down in some time), white towels had stains, and there was mold in the grout of the bathroom tiles. The manager would greatly benefit from making sure the cleaning staff are doing a through job. The bathroom especially felt very grimy. I would not repeate a stay here or recommend it to anyone that values a clean space to sleep and shower.

Loved the hot tub. Love having the tv to watch in the jacuzzi. The stand was just super awkward

A great comfy room overlooking the lake. Checkin was easy and communication was very good even with the office being off-site due to low season. Nice well provided kitchenette. Good hot water pressure in the bathroom. Penticton is very walkable. We'd gladly return.

When I arrived the lake view room I had paid for was not cleaned so they “upgraded” me to a 1 bedroom with a kitchen in the middle of the complex. The 1 bedroom was terrible, I felt like I was in a dingy basement, definitely not an upgrade from the lake view room. Luckily I’m local and the manager was accommodating so I came back the next day for the room I was supposed to have. If I wasn’t local and able to do that it would have been very disappointing. In the future it would be better for them not to book a room that they know has a three night stay if they don’t have the staff to clean it before then. The lake view room is likely one of their nicer rooms but their photos on Expedia/website are a bit deceiving. The room was clean but not very well. The surfaces were pretty filthy. I ended up sweeping, cleaning the table and counters myself. Unfortunately I didn’t clean the side tables and got what I hope was honey all over one of my new books. The room definitely needs some updating, a SERIOUS deep clean, new towels that aren’t stained, and black out curtains. There were also spiders and carpet beetles in the room. On the plus side, it was pretty quiet as I didn’t have anyone beside or below me until the last night, the bed was clean. Unfortunately the last night the people who booked the room beside me came back drunk, loud, swearing and yelling at each other. Banging on the wall luckily got them to quiet down.

The room was clean and the price was really good

Everything looked good. Loved that our room was facing the lake. Great view. If I may add a suggestion or 3 I would suggest something other than a sponge in the kitchen as it makes it hard to wipe down the kitchen. And 2 tea towels would be great. And another frying pan Otherwise it was all good. Thank you for the nice stay.

Expedia site claimed there was luggage storage but there was not. Room snelled of pot when we walked in. There was no keurig as advertised. Beds and bedding were very nice.

Excellent staff to start nd was quite happy with our room as it was so cozy,clean nd loved the Jacuzzi tub..!!! Perfect spot right across the street from the lake nd the price was fantastic..!!!
