The view from the hotel is very beautiful. The restaurant is nice with delicious food. Breakfast is also good. The room is quite small but comfortable bed. The bathroom is the weakness of the hotel. Yellow curtain makes the bathroom looks cheap.

Super Aussicht auf Leysin, Berge und Tal, dankt der erhöhten Lage. Anreise per Auto empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes und schönes Restaurant für Abendessen und Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, schöne Aussicht. Schöne Zimmer, nur die Badezimmer sind etwas alt.

Chambre parfaite et vue magnifique avec petite salle de bain. La literie est confortable avec ses couettes moelleuses. L'accès pour piétons n'est pas pratique car la montée doit se faire à pieds avec les valises. Aucune indication, ni panneaux " pour l'hiver" puisque la neige recouvrait chemins et escaliers. Mal renseignés dès le début par téléphone, proposer une navette de l'hôtel aurait été plus qu'apprécié, compte tenu de son classement. Néanmoins, le café a été offert car on était exténué et déçu de ce manque de considération. ( Pour infos, pas de taxis disponibles, on ne se doutait pas que c'était si loin de toute façon puisque par téléphone, on nous avait dit que c'était à côté)

När vi kommer fram alldeles för sent på kvällen och restaurangen är stängd, löser personalen ändå lite mat och dryck åt oss, när dom egentligen skulle gått hem. Helt fantastisk servicekänsla man inte möter varje dag. Högsta betyg!

A vista do hotel é muito bonita. Indico sempre escolher quarto com vista montanha, por mais que tenham opções menores de quarto. O café da manhã é ótimo. Tudo fresco, saboroso e com muita qualidade, em especial os pães e quiejos. E o restaurante também tem um excelente hambúrguer e o fondue tanto de carne, como de queijo, são ótimos!

Very comfortable

I travelled here with my wife and my two children (3&5). We arrived a bit late in the day, and hadn't had lunch. Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. The room was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. We had a family room, which the kids had their own little level which they loved. The buffet breakfast was another of the many highlights. With a nice range of food and drinks, that were all such high quality. The whole experience felt like a home from home. I will definitely be returning in the future.
