The room floor was not clean, hair dirt. The hallway also dirty. Housekeeping staff walked into our room without even knocking on the door or checking that we were in the room. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. We were never asked if we needed towels and beds changed, room cleaned or the hotels procedures about this and never saw the housekeeping staff at all other than the one who walked into our room. The breakfast was okay, a good variety but with 2 staff and full room of tourists, it was hard for the staff to keep up, hot food was cold. They need to refill the 2 specialty coffee machines, most of the time they just spit out hot foamy water once the product ran out. Everyone would fill a cup, leave it on the shelf, no where to dump the hot water. Within minutes they had run out of cups, a waist of water, cups and time lining up to get nothing. You had to guess with a selection such as a Cafe Mocha and hope you got actual product and coffee in that selection. Also some other upside down dispensers such as honey, syrup or jams were empty or not working. The bathroom door is just a piece of tempered glass that does not lock, just swings open and provides NO PRIVACY. The shower is also just a piece of glass wall over part of a 2 inch raised floor step on tub that was not surrounded by glass or a door. The entire floor got wet, tub was a foot away from the sink, you had to step over it without hitting it with your toes. Tub: MAJOR TRIP & SLIP INJURY HAZARD TO FEET @#*%!?!?

Habitación muy cómoda

Maybe Barcelona is an expensive place to stay. We found the hotel may not be at the best location, in very nice surroundings, yet the fee was pretty high.

The room was perfect size compared with other hotels and location and staff and room view was great just we didn’t like the bathroom layout which was not very comfortable.

Room was nice. It was a standard room a nice window view of the beach, which was a nice perk because it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. They do offer free breakfast, which has a good selection. There is no ice machine so you do have to get it from the bar and they put it in a bag so it melts really fast lol but all in all very nice property. I would recommend not walking down the back alleyways at nighttime.

Great location, close to the beach and some restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. Some inconveniences: the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, so it kept hitting me while using the toilet; I could not close the bathroom window, so it was very noisy. The gym could be better equipped.

The lack of a lobby bar and deffect airconditioning in the room, was disappointing. Otherwise, all good!

Stayed 1 night arrived late so was ok for quick stopover but felt the room very dated but was clean

Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer und wirklich sehr nettes Personal, was sich um die Bearbeitung meiner Anfragen sehr bemühte und somit erfolgreich mir einen schön Kurztrip gestaltete. Je mehr ich hier das Hotel schönrede, um so mehr sinken die Chancen zukünftig hier preiswert und angenehm, selbst noch einen Platz zu finden ;) Danke Lara für die Möglichkeit der Beantwortung meiner Anliegen hier, auch auf Deutsch.

Lovely location near the beach

Péssimo serviço de ar condicionado!!! Solicitei uma ajuda, o rapaz foi lá disse que estava funcionando e não era verdade, mais de meia noite e não conseguia dormir por conta do calor, me trocaram de quarto, arruma tudo para a mudança, também estava péssimo o ar condicionado, melhorou um pouquinho o banheiro, visto que o outro molhava tudo, não tinha vedação e quando reclamei apenas levaram toalhas para colocar no chão. Apesar da localização ser boa não indico para ninguém. Equipe despreparada e acomodações deixando MUITO a desejar.

The hotel was in a lovely Barcelona neighbourhood. It took awhile to get checked in when we arrived and had only one lift working at the time. Apart from that the stay was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were there 24h if needed.

Kamer niet goed gepoetst, hotel niet voorzien op veel mensen aan het ontbijt op hetzelfde tijdstip: tafels werden laat afgeruimd, aanvullen van buffet was onvoldoende, corque toestel werkte niet, koffiemachine niet aangevuld, haardroger op de kamer werkte niet, ...

Kamer was zeker in orde en netjes. Personeel was vriendelijk maar bij ontbijt niet voorzien op veel volk ineens. We een eindje stappen naar het centrum. Al bij al, ideaal hotel voor citytrip Barcelona.
