The stay was awesome , staff was very friendly and the room was clean

The building needs updated and not located in a convent area but felt safe, service was ok, breakfast offered but out of several items and coffee machine kept having to be reset, however, the bed was very comfortable.

1st time great. 2nd time bath stunk and no toilet paper. This time checked in but person at desk said room not ready and come back ariund 3. Even though check in is at 2. We sat in parking lot. They called and put us in adifferebt room. This room very little toilet paper and we had to take COLD showers re no HOT water. Completely cold.

It was dirty, pillows had stains. The whole property smelled aweful. The beds were so uncomfortable. Originally booked 2 nights, after the first night we cancelled and they refunded us. Do not recommend

The room itself was absolutely wonderful, very good decorating. I don't know who did that, but they were right on. Uh, the clouds on the ceiling make it very relaxing. The fact that the windows have a total block out shade on them is perfect, and that's, it's so spacious and and comfy very clean. Very happy with our choice.

Booked this hotel because it was affordable and we was boarding a cruise ship the next morning. Well it was horrible! I had to go ask for toilet paper the roll was empty and none in the room. It was dirty and old. The free breakfast was a joke. Will never stay there again

Worst hotel experience

Sink was broken. Shower handle detached. Was old looked to be possibly updating which it badly needed.

It was smelly, there was rust in the tub, im hoping there were no bed bugs but i woke up with rashes and "mosquito bites"

No real breakfast here… VERY limited, and the food food that was available was literally still frozen in the middle…. front desk girl mustve been new, couldnt tell us if we could have late check out or not and would only provide us 2 towels even though there was 4 of us in the room… but the worst part? Roaches in the room… did not stay the 2nd night and I dont recommend anyone does

The room had roaches, it had a musky smell and everything felt damp…Air conditioner was dripping on the floor and barely stayed on. The free breakfast was so bad a lady couldn’t feet her toddler

The 1st room they put us in was HORRIBLE! Smell like cigarettes. Had burt holes in bed linens and very outdated. Refused to stay in that room. Was offered another room that was remodeled (like pics on website). But I was disappointed that the 1st room was even an option. Why would you even consider putting someone in a room in that condition. When I book a cruise, I normally go a day early, but I WILL NOT be using this hotel.

This place used to be the Crystal Suites. Basically the same as it was with updated furniture. Decent enough for a night or two. Would stay again.

Rundown, terrible breakfast, drinking water smells, no coffee or tea in lobby...would expect better for $80+ a night...

This is my first time when we ask to leave the suitcase with the stuff they just said you can leave wherever you want, but we are not responsible for your loss, so we had to take it with us to go have lunch,
