For our honeymoon stay it was perfect, great views and a fairly good selection of food in the restaurant. Pool is well sized and deep enough for more than just laps but it was a tad cold.. Two negatives I would mention was the TV supplied in the room is pretty bare bones.. budget TVs with netflix pre installed are cheaper than ever now so it would've been nice to have a TV that could actually be enjoyed, and the rooms walls are somewhat thin meaning you can hear noise during morning and evening though thankfully during our stay the hotel was fairly empty so that wasn't a major issue. Wengen is a amazing place to stay and this hotel is a solid option.

Went on a Birthday trip for my wife, and it was really pleasing area and Hotel. The staff is very nice and they spoke English. The breakfast was great it comes with the room stay. They have a free shuttle van that takes you when you arrive and depart from the Hotel. Other then that you need to walk around the town. Everything is clean in side the Hotel the rooms have great views and the pool is clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The view from the town-facing balcony is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is fine, just a bit dated.

Excellent property! Exceeded my expectations!!!

My husband, daughter and I stayed in a family room with Mountain View. I am still in awe of the beautiful view we had from our balcony. Absolutely stunning!!! Our room was very spacious with the master bedroom being separate from our daughter’s area. The breakfast was so so good and the staff was very friendly. If I ever come back to Switzerland, I will stay here again. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station, but they will come pick you up if needed.

Beautiful views from the room and restaurant. Good breakfast and great service. But hotel is a bit old, pools are heavily chlorinated, and the bed isn’t that comfortable.

Everything was amazing. The hotel, staff, amenities, the view. Would give more stars if possible. A must stay. Don’t even think of staying anywhere else.

Perfect return stay in Wengen. Could not wish for friendlier staff and a lovely welcome from start to finish,will be back !

Hôtel avec du charme et personnel très professionnel et sympathique mais hôtel décevant et pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles : chambre très moyenne pour le prix, literie franchement de très mauvaise qualité, peignoir déchiré, taches sur la moquette des parties communes, petit déjeuner moyen … À noter malgré tout la bonne qualité du restaurant pour le dîner !

Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it. Breakfast was average..Oh and we would have liked a little more complimentary Proseco.."Free minibar was a disappointment had a coupple of beers and apple juice Now all the good . Front desk people amazing. Kudos and special mention to Miguel our bartender who was fantastic.Hot Tub and pool fantastic. And the view....What a view. Ask for room 314!. Shuttle person was super and bags were brought to our room. Overall an amazing experience and want to return this summer

Gorgeous view from the room. Need serious remodeling. Dining staff look too busy to offer service although they did their best. You need more servers for the hotel changing that much.
