The Le Sante Classic is a good hotel. It is expensive for what it is and I would not rate it higher than good because of a few issues. Firstly, there were a few things that weren’t quite right with the room. These were (mostly) resolved quickly, but we ran out of patience with the others (safe locked shut, sofa collapsed, toiletries not replaced). Secondly, the facilities are a little limited for a top class hotel. The gym is basic, not all the spa functions of the pools worked, no ATM, poor wifi etc. In terms of service breakfast tended to be overcrowded at peak times resulting in a need to wait to be seated on a couple of occasions. The concierge service seeks to be helpful, but, despite being specifically asked to check re food intolerances when booking a restaurant, did not do so, resulting in the need for us to find a different venue after sitting at the one booked by the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is good, but for the prices charged for accommodation and food needs to upgrade its facilities. It’s good, not great.

Hotel meraviglioso, la suite con jacuzzi una favola!

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and very well decorated. It was situated just out of the town of Tsilivi, but close enough to walk to the many restaurants in the town and only a short walk from the beach. The hotel grounds were always will looked after and the 2 pools were sparklingly clean. Nice that one of the 2 pools was for adults only. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background. The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway. This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Excellent quality resort. Friendly attentive staff. Very good location within 2 minute walk to beach. Pool area excellent and clean. Breakfast also well done. Overall an excellent choice.

Nicely appointed rooms with a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Our room had an issue with ants that was never fully resolved but the staff was responsive to the issue. The property is situated on a steep hill so entry and exit was a challenge and parking was limited. Would return for another visit in the future.

Everything (shops, beach, restaurants,bars etc.) is very close to the Hotel. We had great holidays here!

Lesante Classic entspricht meiner Meinung nach nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel! Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen! 1einzige Flasche Wasser pro Aufenthalt! Frühstücksraum und Lobby sehr dunkel und veraltet! Personal überall sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Overall our stay was good! The hotel is nice, very clean (rooms, restaurants, pool area), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the staff from cleaning, there are doing an excellent job. The food was good and diverse, however a small remark is that for a 5 stars hotel I would have expected to have sea food dishes as well, at least for one-two evenings. The prices for the drinks and snacks were ok, not expensive for a 5 stars. The hotel is kids friendly, has a playground and a playroom, however the pool area is very slippery when is wet, my daughter had to wear shoes after coming out from the pool. I think the sunbeds should move closer to the plants area so that the people can walk on the wooden patio and not the other way around (that was not slippery, it’s safer). Tsilivi village is very nice but it’s not pushchairs friendly (no pedestrians cross, difficult to cross the streets and it’s lot of traffic), it was difficult for us to use it when we went out. The Tsilivi beach nearby was not as expected, it was quite untidy and messy, but the sea was nice and clean. Hotel is offering chargeable private taxi which is nice, from airport to the hotel the taxi driver was very kind and respectful, however on the way to the airport we had a different driver and we were very disappointed, he stopped the car in the middle of the road to argue with another driver, yelled to him in front of us and he was very grumpy all the way to the airport, that was a very rude attitud

Perfect Location near Beach and also Bars and Shops.

Hotellet er blevet for gammelt ift de billeder der er på siden. Det er alt for dyrt ift hvad du får. Vi betalte 2000kr pr nat for et deluxe dobbelt rum. Men det var så dårlig kvalitet og havde intet med deluxe at gøre. Det er meget “plastic” det hele. Ikke value for money desværre

A beautiful property with excellent customer service and amazing breakfast. Our visit was only for one night & we give it a 10! I would like to suggest a touch up cleaning of perhaps vacuum & mop. Highly recommend!!

We are very pleased with our stay. It is a modern, spacious and clean property. This also applies to the deluxe rooms. Nice pools with comfortable sunbeds. Staff very friendly and helpful. A beach just a few minutes walk away. There were more guest than there were sunbeds by the pool and tables outside at the restaurant that constributed to people stressing a bit to get there first. Other than that, only positive things to say about the hotel.

Lovely hotel

cheguei bem tarde e saí cedo, mas é um hotel limpo, confortável, ótimo quarto e banheiro, ótimo café da manhã.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lasante - from the staff to the amenities, it was all superb! We arrived at 8am and the sweet reception ladies got us checked in 3 hours early, let us have a free breakfast and gave us towels to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room. The property is exceptionally clean and neat. The AC and shower are wonderful (if you’ve been traveling in Europe a while these things are a plus). It is very close to the beach and town of Tsilivi. The staff are all very friendly and help with anything and everything. I would give this place 100 stars if I could!

Fantastic holiday, Hotel spotlessly clean and staff very friendly, would definitely recommend and will return again.
