Room was clean and had cold AC, we were able to check in as soon as 11:00am. Staff was great and friendly.

I booked the largest room at the hotel, and I assumed it would not be an issue to have one guest visit me. However, every time my guest arrived, they were required to show ID and go through additional checking procedures. Since I had different friends visiting on different days, the repeated ID checks made the experience feel somewhat uncomfortable and inconvenient for both me and my guests. I completely understand the hotel’s security policy, but I would appreciate a smoother and more guest-friendly process for registered hotel guests in the future.

Se me extravió una sudadera y no pudieron entregármela por qué no estaba el personal con las supuestas llaves.. cuando ya una camarista me había comentado que estaba en la zona de lavandería .. les hice saber que mi vuelo salía en las próximas 3 horas y no pudieron resolver .. ya la hicieron perdedora
