Room was clean, spa was great, staff excellent, parking convenient, and close to everything. Highly recommend

Rome is very clean but what stood out the most is the great customer service provided by Cristian at the front desk!!!

Nice large modern hotel right in front of the port. You can walk to the main shopping street San Martin and across the street from shore excursions. My 3rd stay un Ushuaia and this is my preferred hotel. $9 uber ride from Airport.

Location good but rooms were very warm and breakfast especially the eggs need improvement.

All was exceptional especially the staff and breakfast. The room fit our needs. Ventilation in the room however was poor. It became very warm.

The room on the second floor was really small, the bathroom room was narrow, no place to put anything by the sink, to get inside the bathroom itself was uncomfortable literally. The breakfast was very basic. The only thing was the hotel location.

The room have no circulation. Only way to get fresh air is to open the window and the. You have all the noise including motorcycle racing conning in. Could not sleep at all. Either provide fans or do something about the noise.

Great spot in Ushuaia. It is across the street from the pier where all the water tours depart. It is one minute from the main street in town and a short ride from the airport. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly dinner in the restaurant was terrific.

The staff was great. We used translaters on our phones.

The staff, especially Luistana, at Albatros Hotel were superb. They listened to my questions or needs and quickly responded to the request.

Malheureusement, si votre chambre est du côté de la rue Saint-Martin, il vous sera impossible de dormir la nuit car le centre-ville est victime de motos très bruyantes qui coursent. Sinon, tout est parfait.
