Sou hóspede do Hotel Cala del Pi há cerca de 6 anos, desde antes da obra, e posso afirmar com toda certeza que a cada visita minha admiração só aumenta. O hotel já era encantador, mas após a renovação ficou ainda mais incrível: moderno, elegante e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor, sem perder o charme e a essência que sempre o tornaram especial. O conjunto todo é impecável — localização privilegiada, estrutura de alto nível, conforto em cada detalhe e uma atmosfera única. Mas o que realmente faz a diferença são as pessoas que ali trabalham. A equipe inteira é atenciosa, profissional e acolhedora, transmitindo sempre simpatia e cuidado. Quero deixar aqui um agradecimento especial ao Paul, cuja dedicação, gentileza e atenção fazem com que cada estadia se torne ainda mais inesquecível. É uma alegria enorme acompanhar essa evolução ao longo dos anos e poder voltar sempre a um lugar onde me sinto tão bem recebido. Gratidão a todo o time do Cala del Pi por tantas experiências memoráveis. Até breve

Incredible experience! Modern beautiful hotel with medeterrenean charm.

A wonderful, relaxing stay at a spotless, newly renovated hotel. Room had modern decor and a large balcony with sea views. Comfortable and huge bed. A beautiful pool area with plenty of chairs and great views of the sea from all seats. Easy access to the amazing Cami de Ronda coastal pathway. Front desk staff knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant and pool service could be more attentive, but all staff are lovely. A car is needed to visit the many quaint neighbouring towns along the coast because there isn’t much in the immediate vicinity that you can walk to, other than the main beach strip which is very commercial.

Very nice property. Beautifully sighted. Food is plentiful. Good quality & nice formality. Clean rooms. Helpful & friendly staff. Feels big & nice to find private areas to relax and feel more intimate. Great all around experience. Wish we had more time to enjoy the spa.

Beautiful, immaculate, plush rooms. The hotel is right on the beach and there is easy access to Cami de Ronda. The food at the hotel restaurant and cafe is seasonal and delicious. The spa is wonderful too. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet getaway in Costa Brava.

Upon checking in, told we needed printed vouchers from Expedia, they couldn’t find our reservation. After a long frustrating delay, we were given out room, which we had to change because it smelled like pet urine. Then at the restaurant there, my girlfriend pulled something out of her mouth, which turned out to be a thick fingernail!! My own dinner made me sick and I spent the night vomiting. Will obviously never return, very upsetting experience.

This was probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. The location, the facility, the rooms, the breakfast, the beach…. Absolutely everything was so amazing! We loved it so much. Our room was incredible. The spa is amazing. I can’t say one bad thing about it, only that you should definitely come here !

As some other reviews have mentioned, this hotel is not a five star property by any stretch of the imagination. I’ve stayed in several 5 star hotels and you would immediately notice the difference in attention to detail, politeness of the staff and would never make you repeat yourself about problems which are ruining your stay. The staff was notified multiple times of our room having a bathroom door which would not stay shut. Nobody fixed it. We asked to change rooms but they only cared to upsell. The room was noisy with annoying sounds from the kitchen during breakfast hours. Not relaxing at all to sit on the balcony hearing dishes clanking. Staff was only interested in us at check in and check out when it was time to collect payment. Spa was very nice. Food at breakfast was never changed. No oatmeal!? How can you not offer oatmeal. Overall they invested a lot into updating the rooms to better suit modern times but the staff remains less than pleasant. 3 star hotel at most with potential for 3.5 but not 5 stars like a Belmond, Four Seasons or MO clearly are. Really was hoping for better from this beautiful location but we made the best of our 4 night stay.

Lovely stay, large bed and rooms, great breakfast selection, attentive staff. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious as well. We enjoyed the spa (included) and massage. Pretty good value for money.

The hotel was faultless, staff helpful and friendly. The food was exceptional quality. However, the hotel is not five star quality in its entirety. Paying two third the price would have been appropriate value for money

O hotel está com todos os quartos reformados. O hotel é lindo!

Nette Begrüßung durch deutsch sprechenden Niederländer. 👍 Zum Geburtstag wurde eine Flasche Prosecco auf Kksten des Hotels auf’s Zimmer geliefert 👍. Personal bemüht sich! Leider vorab telefonisch zugesagte Massage Buchung nicht weitergegeben ☹️. Spa Bereich mäßig und auch lediglich für zwei Stunden zu buchen. Restaurant leider nicht dem hohen Preisniveau angemessen. Die Speisen sehen gut aus, lassen aber geschmacklich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei der Frage nach einem Tempranillo wurde von zwei Obern die Weinkarte durchsucht (aber es war auch keiner im Sortiment). Gerade ein Kellner sollte sich mit den Weinen und der Weinkarte gut auskennen (hier ist ein Training unerlässlich) Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und versucht den Gast gut zu bedienen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet lag alles scheinbar schon sehr lange dort (wir waren um 10:00 Uhr da / bis 11:00 Uhr kann gefrühstückt werden) (Früchte trocken, Wurst am Rand leicht angelaufen, Spiegelei trotz Wärmelampe eher kalt). Kapsel - Kaffee in der Selbstbedienung. Cappuccino Bestellung über das Personal funktionierte nicht (es wurde nur Kapselkaffee gebracht…). Personal im Restaurant spricht nur Katalan oder Spanisch bzw Französisch. Englisch nur mäßig / in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte zumindest englisch im Restaurant obligatorisch funktionieren! Außenbeleuchtung sehr schön gestaltet! Zimmer sauber mit technischen Spielereien wie z.B. beheizbaren Toilettensitz 😁 Tolle Aussicht auf‘s Meer.
