NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened.

It was a disappointment. the hotel charged us as much as other luxury resorts However it was a below avg staying facility. The room and toilet was not clean, bedsheets had stains on them. The toilet was stinking all the time. we felt we were cheated on the deal.
