I recently stayed at Las Nubes Hotel in Holbox and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The property is in serious need of renovation and maintenance. The rooms and facilities felt very dated, and during our stay there was no hot water in the shower, which was extremely inconvenient. The toilets were frequently clogged, adding to the frustration. Another issue was the large number of iguanas roaming around the property. While some guests may enjoy seeing wildlife, they were constantly present around the dining areas and made it difficult to enjoy meals in peace. At night, raccoons were also frequently seen around the bungalows, which was unsettling. The one outstanding aspect of this hotel is the beach. The beachfront location is absolutely spectacular, with beautiful views, soft sand, and crystal-clear water. The beach alone is what prevents me from giving an even lower rating. Overall, unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and maintenance, I would not choose to stay here again.

Fui para mi cumple 42... una delicia d hotel para mi que iba en plan total relax, es el ultimo hotel antes de la reserva de punta mosquito lo que lo hizo perfercto, lejos del poco ruico y barullo que en general hay el Holbox... el personal super atento, Verito la Concierge una divina, para la info de tours, reservas, lo que necesitaramos. Los chicos del restaurante super atentos, amables y sonrientes. El SPA de 100, amé mi masaje relejante justo el día de mi cumple (Noah me obsequio 10 min de regalo, sus manos una delicia... hay fauna (mapaches, iguanas, cangrejos que te cantan bajo el mar en tu habitación jejeje y mosquitos, que nada con un repelente no se solucione) Christian del Beach Club super atento y al pendiente de alimentos y bebidas, todo muy rico) volvería siempre. Gracias por todo. Lo unico, en la habitación le falta un espejo de cuerpo comple jojojo y una cortina cute en la regadera, por lo demás todo fabuloso. Gracias 1000 Hotel Las Nubes y todo su staff P.D. Es PET FRIENDLY por si alguien tiene perrijos jeje

Un poco pobre el desayuno incluido, y el servicio un poco lento, son los únicos peros que le pondría, porque todo lo demás, excelente! Lo dejo como área de oportunidad de mejora

Clean, beautiful and amazing.

Está a la orilla del mar, la playa está limpia y es muy bonita, el personal es muy atento, les falta personal, pero el que tienen es bastante servicial y atento. Está retirado del centro y eso permite tener mucha tranquilidad, sin ruido, hay accesibilidad por taxi.

El lugar es hermoso, su playa es única, lo super recomiendo.

We had a lovely stay at Las Nubes. It was quiet and cozy, but family friendly.

The rooms was clean and spacious, bed was very comfy, water pressure in the show is low but it gets the job done. We had a room with both a garden and ocean view. The property has three pools. Room also has a fridge, but no microwave.

Room was clean and great hot water and pressure for showers . Staff were friendly and polite. Food was good but still had limited options for me as a Celiac even after promising they could accommodate me easily. I plan and research for 6 months and pay extra and speak with hotel and staff because of the stress and trauma my disease gives me , so I chose where our hard earned money goes very carefully. The food and drinks were still very pricey in Canadian dollars as is much of Mexico now , I am seeing. Beach is beautiful and closest hotel to Punta Mosquito. I bought lots of snacks and our alcohol at the grocery store in town to supplement what we needed. It had the least seaweed here too. Service was great and room was spacious. I did have a big cockroach run across the floor on the first night but nothing after. I would recommend hotel otherwise but maybe not for a Celiac.

El Personal muy amable, muy servicial, nos encanto la comida del Restaurante, solo que la ubicacion si esta muy lejos del centro del Pueblo, pero fuimos afortunados de disfrutar de los Bancos de arena justo enfrente.
