Everything was amazing for our girls weekend. It is perfect oasis to retreat from the busy and bustling beach restaurants and bars. We loved it! The service was amazing and every little detail was considered. And the breakfast! Wow, the best!!

Everything was great, the staff treatment, room service, great breakfast. Sargaso was a shame.....but, it is what it is.

We had such an amazing stay at this boutique hotel! Super cute vibe, super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though the ocean wasn’t great because of the sargassum, we still had a wonderful time in Tulum. I’d definitely recommend visiting between October and March for better beach conditions. We didn’t rent a car, but the hotel arranged all our transportation, which made everything super easy. Meeting Simon, our driver, was a total bonus—he was awesome! Definitely one of our favorite stays

Great service. Beautiful slice of beach. Calmer than the places to either side. There was some noise pollution parts of the day from neighboring resort but nothing intolerable. Staff was amazing, details were taken care of, room was perfect.

We had a great time at Hotel Cabanas Tulum. The property is right on the beach, the rooms were immaculate and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tulum.

We planned a last-minute getaway to Tulum and I found Cabañas thanks to its great reviews, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. Excursions to the cenotes and Chichén Itzá were arranged for us by the front desk, along with a tequila and mezcal tasting at Ziggy's Beach Bar restaurant. Every single one of those experiences was delightful, from our guides, drivers, and other guests that we met on the trip. I highly recommend this resort property and Tulum overall.

Great stay. Everything was perfect.

We stayed at Cabañas for 4 days, and had an ocean front room on the second floor which came with a private terrace and hot tub. The room was very comfortable and the hotel provided a beach bag, towels, and water in the room (we asked for more everyday and they always brought it right away). The beach is a few steps away and there were always chairs and beach beds available, unlike the big resorts where there are always towels in every chair.The service and kindness of everyone working here sets the place apart, Nancy, David, Lula made our stay very pleasant.The wellness activities that are included were great and allowed us to relax, they also have a pool table that we used when it rained. You can also use the spa which looked great, we didn't have time to try it. We had breakfast at Ziggys everyday which is included and you can get 2 dishes per person so we tried the chilaquiles and fruit salad which were amazing! The hotel is nearby many restaurants, we walked every night to try different ones, bring comfortable shoes as the path to the restaurants gets muddy when it rains.

Incredible experience at Cabañas! The beach was amazing, the service was next level, and everyone was so nice. Great location right on the beach and the main strip of restaurants and bars in the hotel zone. The food at the hotel was delicious and they always took care of anything we needed or asked for! The WhatsApp with the concierge and restaurants was so convenient. You can’t beat ordering food and drinks right to your beach chair. We also got a massage and used the hydrotherapy which was very relaxing. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend staying here!

One of the best hotels in Tulum

This is beautiful property. The hotel is small, quiet and located on beautiful white sandy beach. The free breakfast was delicious prepared from fresh fruits and vegetables. We came to celebrate my husband birthday. They surprised him with bottle of sparkling wine and little cake on his birthday. There is a lot of restaurants in close distance so we had wide dining options. We enjoy to seat and relaxed on the patio listening the noise of wives. The beach is cleaned every morning from sea weeds. The service was excellent . The staff was very friendly and polite. We spent a lot of time swimming in the swimming pool because windy weather made so huge sea waves. This place is great for relaxation.We thinking to come back.

Absolute paradise. This is a spectacular beachfront hotel, and by far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the beachfront rooftop room with a jacuzzi, which was a stunning room - probably the best room we've ever stayed in. The view was a dream. When it was too hot for the beach, we sat on the balcony, sipping drinks and looking out over the turquoise sea. We came to celebrate a special birthday, and when we arrived, the hotel had decorated the room and placed a chilled bottle of sparkling wine on the table! It was so sweet and we were blown away. The staff are fantastic - incredibly friendly and helpful - we felt so welcomed and looked after, from the moment we arrived to our departure. Their restaurant Frescos was brilliant, and loved the fact that you could have room/beach service from them. Spent 5 nights here, and were very sad to leave!

Highly recommend

Our intentions were on a quiet place, this is it. We had the 1st floor with our own hot pool looking right to the ocean through beautiful foliage and palm trees. Onsite restaurant/bar super convenient but go to Ziggys 2 minute walk. All connected so no money needed. Great food, great people and live music. Table service on the beach beds. Be sure to try the Tuna nachos. Best beach, sand and water Cabanas is perfect at about half the price but close to all the best restaurants to spend more on!

The hospitality and quality of the food were absolutely top tier.
