THE BISTRO was so amaging.

While the stay was good, the valet services failed to secure my vehicle, and it suffered significant damage, including theft of the contents inside. The valet company is now refusing to cover the damages. They also failed to notify me when it was discovered. Instead, they waited until I requested my vehicle at checkout. I would recommend the hotel, not the valet

Perfect location for walking around some of the most popular areas of downtown Seattle!

The staff were amazing! Location is convenient, half way between Pike Place and the stadiums. 1/2 block from light link rail station, 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Having said that, it’s downtown Seattle so not the safest location outside of the hotel. The hotel did have 24 hour security and we never felt unsafe once at the hotel.

This was a great hotel within walking distance of the pier and Pikes place. The room was comfy and clean and designed in a way that made sense. It was great. They only offer valet service at an OUTRAGEOUS price though, so that is the one downside.

Raul, who greeted us when we checked in and served us throughout our stay, was pleasant, kind and professional. He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel.

Staffs are great. My AC didn’t work well. Restaurant and bar items are reasonably priced.

Very nice view and friendly staff. Very disappointed with the bedding as there was lots of dust in the duvet which was easily visible as dark patches.

Overall, the stay was a little above average. The vallet were amazing as well as staff. The room was pretty small and there were a lot or random stains on the walls below eye level in the bathroom and living area. No microwave in room, heard you have to ask for one. View from the 7th floor was good and windows gave great natural light. Air conditioning barely cooled off the room even at the lowest setting.

The layout is a bit cuttered and dark. Not very eco friendly

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VALET IS THE WORST!!! NO ADA LOADING/UNLOADING AREA. THEY OVERCHARGED FOR PARKING!! WAITED MORE THAN 45 MIN TO GET CAR BACK!! MANAGER ALEX C. DIDN’T NOTHING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT!! EITHER DID THE VALET MANAGER!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Perfect location for walking to concerts or games downtown. Great local food options in walking distance as well. Hotel is clean and room was very nice
